Carlo Ancelotti will be expecting his Real Madrid side to continue their strong start to this season's Champions League as they take on Shakhtar Donetsk in Warsaw on this evening for this Matchday 4 fixture. The Spanish giants claimed a 2-1 victory over Shakhtar in the reverse at the Bernabeu last week. A victory here would ensure Los Blancos qualify for the knockouts with two games to spare. 

Shakhtar's confirmed line-up sees Oleksandr Zubkov was on the scoresheet last week leading the forward line for the hosts alongside the highly-rated Mykhailo Mudryk.

Madrid have meanwhile named a side that includes talismanic striker Karim Benzema up front after the French striker was rested at the weekend. Despite their crucial La Liga clash with Barcelona on Sunday, it's a strong Los Blancos line up for this evening that also includes Eden Hazard and Rodrygo.

Real Madrid chalked up a hard fought 1-0 victory away to Getafe on Saturday in La Liga. Eder Militao's header was enough to seal the win and send Real back to the top of the table.

Despite last week's European defeat, Shakhtar still find themselves in a strong position in Group F, largely because of Madrid's dominance. The Ukrainians currently sit second on four points, one point ahead of third-placed RB Leipzig who top one-point Celtic.
