How much does shipping cost from Meta?
All orders from Meta are shipped for free. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be given a tracking number that can be used to follow the status of your delivery so you can keep an eye on when your tech is arriving.

Does the Meta Quest come with a warranty?
Products purchased from Meta come with a one-year limited warranty as standard. This covers any faults and defects with the product that arise due to manufacturing errors or defective parts. It does not cover instances of accidental damage or normal wear and tear that occur during the warranty period. Contact Meta directly if you need to claim under the warranty, and they will assess the damage to determine if a repair or replacement is applicable. For added coverage, you can enrol in the Meta Warranty Plus Program to protect against accidental damage and other mechanical failures not covered by the limited warranty.
What is the Meta Quest returns policy?
You can return your order quickly and free of charge within 30 days of when your order was dispatched. Once you’ve started the return process, you have to ship your order back within 14 days. Following an inspection, your refund will be processed within five to seven days of it being received by the retailer.

Consider a refurbished headset
