Does QVC offer free shipping?
Yes, but not as standard on all items. Instead, it depends on what you're purchasing. Selected items will be listed under free shipping, letting you browse this category if you want to be sure of avoiding fees.
For other items not marked as including free shipping, fees are calculated on a per-order basis, and start from $3.50 (rising above $15 for some of the largest and heaviest items). Orders should arrive in 7 - 10 working days, or you can pay an additional fee at the checkout for express delivery if you want to receive your goods faster.
Is there a QVC app?
The QVC app is free to download for iOS and Android, covering smartphones, tablets and even TVs (if they're made by Apple) through the Google Play or Apple App stores. Downloading the app lets you watch live broadcasts, place and manage orders, and see a personalized deals feed tailored to your interests. It's not just handy features though - app users will also get early access to sales and deals, as well as exclusive products and promotions you won't find anywhere else, making it a handy way to save
What is a QCard?
QVC's QCard is the brand's own credit card, and offers cardholders a regular credit card that also comes with number of perks to help them save on their purchases. Benefits include monthly savings events, an extra 5% off selected purchases, a $10 off coupon on the anniversary of your sign-up and early access to sales. Subject to approval, you also won't be charged annual fees, making this well worth considering if you're a regular customer in the market for a new card.
What is the QVC returns policy?
Should you decide you want to send your item back to QVC, you can do so within 30 days of your initial purchase. So long as your items are received in their original undamaged condition, you should be entitled to a full refund.
However, returns shipping is only free in the event of a defect. For non-defective items, you can request a prepaid label from the brand, but this will cost between $6.95 and $10.95, which will be deducted from your final refund total.

Look out for sales
Catching a sales event is an easy way to save on your QVC purchases. The brand runs a number of sales throughout the year, with the usual suspects including Black Friday & Cyber Monday, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Labor Day, Memorial Day and more. You'll also see some more QVC-specific sales, such as their Christmas in July event (which offers the chance to prep for the holiday season well in advance in exchange for significant discounts).
Sales offer tend to offer up to 50% off but depending on the item, but that can mean as much as $700 off the usual price (especially if you're buying jewelry). Get clearance deals
As well as its extensive sales, QVC also offers clearance deals on the last of stock it hopes to shift, offering up to 50% off selected items whilst stocks last. These won't be the newest products, but you'll find plenty of bargains on brand-new quality items, especially if they're no longer in season, making this a great way to save when the items you're after aren't currently included in the main sales.
Turn on auto delivery
Are you buying an item you re-order regularly? QVC offers Auto Delivery on selected items, which acts like a subscription feature, letting you the frequency and quantity of your order, scheduling it in so you've always got replacements when you need them. As well as being a convenient way to stay stocked up, Auto Delivery also lets you lock in the price you're currently paying on an item, meaning no price rises unless you cancel your delivery so you can save in the long run on the items you need the most.

Doing so is free and once you're registered, you'll be sent regular updates on products and promotions, including special offers, early access to sales, and info on events so you never miss a chance to save.
How to use QVC promo codes
- Look through the QVC promo codes on this page and click "Get code" next to one you want to use.
- A new tab will open where your code will be revealed - copy it to your clipboard for later.

What to do if a coupon code doesn’t work
Although we do our best to ensure all listed codes are tried & tested, sometimes coupons expire or terms & conditions are changed before we can update pages. Our team works hard to make sure our coupons are active and work as intended, and should you encounter an issue when using one, we’ll work just as hard to help.
The best place to start is by checking the requirements. Click “View terms and conditions” to expand the code section and see any guidance on your chosen coupon. For example, you may need to meet a minimum spend, add other items to your basket to qualify for a multibuy offer, or confirm that your chosen code applies to the items in your basket (i.e. 10% off laptops).
