Does Steelcase offer free shipping?
Yes, orders weighing under 150 pounds can be shipped with free FedEx ground shipping, so long as they are being sent to addresses within the contiguous United States. For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, fees will cost 15% of your order value (up to a maximum of $299) or a minimum of $99 per item (if the above fee falls under this total).
Does Steelcase offer installation?
While most of Steelcase's products come fully assembled, the company does offer an installation service if the product you've bought requires it. Steelcase stipulates that only its installation agents are allowed to assemble their products. The warranty is void if you or an unauthorized installer assembles the product.

Does Steelcase offer returns?
Steelcase customers can return items to the brand within 30 days of making their purchase through the dedicated Steelcase self-service returns portal. The brand does offer free returns collection on most orders, but your item must be unused and in its original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Refunds may be void if you have partially or fully disassembled your item, or if you've damaged its packaging. For all refunds, a 12% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total (alongside any deductions for partial damage to product or packaging). This rises to 15% for non-ergonomic chairs.
