Does Dreame offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders to the contiguous USA, whether for accessories, devices or both, qualify for free ground shipping sent with FedEx or USPS. You will be provided tracking details by the courier service fulfilling your order within 1 - 2 business days of heading through the checkout.
How does a Dreame membership work?
A Dreame membership simply means you are a member of the brand's free loyalty program, and gives you the chance to earn reward points on your purchases. Members get early access to new products, plus the chance to attend members events, and once registered, you'll earn 1 point for every $1 you spend.
Points can be redeemed for members-only discounts (e.g. get up to 60% off selected models when you trade in points), coupons (a $10 off coupon applicable to any order can be obtained for 1500 points), or free accessories (for example, members can get trade 5000 points for a TriCut Brush).
You can also earn additional points for completing specific actions. When you first join, you'll receive 400 points, then 100 points when you complete your profile. Sign up to the newsletter to earn an extra 600 points, then you can earn 100 points every time you leave a product review and 10 points every time you share one of the brand's links with a friend.
The Dreame Membership program is also tiered, with additional benefits being unlocked the more points you earn. There are four tiers: Plus, Pro, Ultra and Master. You'll start on Plus, then move up to Pro once you've earned over 500 points. At 1501 points, you'll progress to Ultra, then at 3501 points, you'll hit Master. The higher your tier, the more points you'll earn per spend with increased point multipliers during members events.
Does Dreame offer a military discount?
Yes, Dreame offers a 10% Hero discount to all current and former members of the US military, as well as law enforcement officers, emergency services, fire and healthcare workers, and teachers. The brand partners with GOVX ID to verify status - just provide some details of employment and you'll be sent a code to add at the checkout once your eligibility has been confirmed.
Does my Dreame device include a warranty?
As standard, Dreame includes a 1 - 3 year warranty on most vacuums, with a 2 - 3 year warranty for robot vacuums. Your warranty covers you against manufacturer faults and defects (not damage resulting from use or wear and tear), and can be activated by registering your product once it arrives.
Does Dreame offer returns?
All Dreame orders are covered by the brand's 30-day no reason returns policy, letting you send items back for a full refund should you change your mind. You will need submit an application for your return before you send it back, then once it is approved, your item will need to be shipped back in its original packaging and condition with all originally included documentation and accessories. However, you will be responsible for arranging your own return shipping at your own cost.

Like many tech brands, Dreame runs a number of sales throughout the year, with discounts of up to $900 off across its range around key events like the change of the season, Christmas, Black Friday and more. Alongside bigger sales, you'll also find 48-hour flash sales and buy-more-save-more offers that bring you an extra 5% off orders over $500, 7% off over $1000, and 10% off over $1500.

Bulk discounts on corporate orders
If you're planning to buy devices in bulk, make sure to check out Dreame's corporate bulk discount offers, which let you save on larger purchases. You can find 10% off orders of 10 - 30 handheld or robot vacuums, as well as hair care products, with savings rising to 30% off for orders of 31 - 100 devices, and additional discounts decided on a case by case basis if you're ordering over 100.
