Does Tineco offer free shipping?
All orders shipped to addresses within the contiguous USA worth $9.99 or more come with free ground shipping as standard. This should arrive within 7 - 12 working days (depending on where your items are being shipped to), and you will be sent tracking details once your order is dispatched (which usually takes 2 days).
Does Tineco price match?
Yes, should you find Tineco products being sold for less with an authorized US retailer, you can let the brand's team know up to 15 days after making your purchase and be refunded the difference. Items need to be sold at full price (not during a sale) and be 100% new (not refurbished) to qualify.
What is the Tineco return policy?
Should you decide you no longer want your order, you can return your order to Tineco within 30 days of making your purchase. Just get in touch with the brand to let them know, and they will arrange free FedEx return shipping.
If your order is received in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories and a proof of purchase included, a full refund will be approved within 7 - 14 business days of receipt of your goods (although this can take up to 2 billing cycles to fully process).

Tineco regularly offers deals across its range, but the biggest and best tend to appear around key holidays like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Labor Day, President's Day and Christmas. We've seen up to 40% off selected models during these sales, which can mean as much as $499 off products.
Buy refurbished
If you don't need brand-new appliances, you can buy refurbished models from Tineco's own refurbished range. These models have been inspected and tested to ensure they are like-new, plus each model is protected by a 6-month warranty covering you against faults or defects. You'll also find these items are discounted by as much as 20% more than buying new.
Join Tineco Club
If you're a regular shopper, you can join the Tineco Club to start earning points on your purchases. As you earn more, you'll be able to redeem them in exchange for coupons which can discount your order.
You'll also receive a number of additional members-only rewards, such as exclusive deals and access to giveaways, plus the more you earn, the further you'll rise through the different tiers of the program, letting you earn even better rewards.
Get Tineco Rewards
If you've purchased a Tineco product, you can take and share a photo or video of your item for the chance to earn additional rewards. You'll need to share your post with the #MyTineco and tagging @tinecoglobal, then fill out the form on the brand's website. You'll get a coupon for $50 off for every post you share, plus a chance to win products from the brand's range, with 3 lucky winners a month.
Sign up for emails
If you want to receive the latest Tineco news as soon as its available, you can join the brand's newsletter to be sent info direct to your inbox. You'll receive details on products and promotions, plus a code for 5% off when you first join. New signups will also get to spin the wheel for a chance to win prizes including free products, 20% discounts on accessories, and coupons for $60 and $100 off.
How to use Tineco discount codes

What to do if a coupon code doesn’t work
Although we do our best to ensure all listed codes are tried & tested, sometimes coupons expire or terms & conditions are changed before we can update pages. Our team works hard to make sure our coupons are active and work as intended, and should you encounter an issue when using one, we’ll work just as hard to help.

For example, you may need to meet a minimum spend, add other items to your basket to qualify for a multibuy offer, or confirm that your chosen code applies to the items in your basket (i.e. 10% off laptops).

When it comes to coupons, TechRadar earns money via a commission-based model. For every brand we have a coupon page for, we’ve negotiated a deal that means we earn a percentage of total basket value in commission back from every order.
Using this model means we can offer our coupons to our customers free of charge. You won’t pay any fees to add your chosen coupon to your basket - you’ll simply pay the final order total once your discount has been applied.
