Does Office Depot offer free shipping?
Orders over $35 come with free standard shipping, which should arrive in 3 - 5 business days. For orders under this fee, this option costs $5.95. If you spend more than $45, the store upgrades your shipping to Next Day free of charge. This option can also be purchased at the checkout for $9.95. If you're a member of Office Depot Rewards and you've spent $500 within a year, you can also get free shipping on all orders with no minimum spend.
Does Office Depot price match?
Should you see products that Office Depot sell on offer for less elsewhere, you may be able to get the price matched - even after you've made your purchase. The brand will price match items sold by selected competitors including Amazon, Best Buy, Staples, Target or Walmart, so long as they're currently in stock, and prices are lower without including promotions or deals.
Simply contact the brand with details of the deal, provide evidence, and if they're happy to oblige, you'll be offered a price match of the lower price. If you've already ordered, you can even claim a refund of the difference up to 14 days after the date of your purchase.
How does Office Depot Rewards work?
Office Depot Rewards is the brand's loyalty program that offers bonuses for repeat customers. It's free to join, and once you've signed up, you'll get discounts across the brand's range, plus you'll earn 2% back on most purchases, with extra points available when you recycle old cartridges.
Rewards are issued monthly in the form of certificates that can be redeemed at the checkout for savings. You'll need to earn $3 worth of rewards (that's a $150 spend) in order to receive a certificate.
If you didn't earn enough to net a certificate in a given month, your reward points will roll over to the next month before expiring at the end of the quarter, giving you a chance to meet up the shortfall.
If you hit a $500 spend in a 12-month period, you'll also become a VIP, with your reward earnings upgraded to 5% on ink, toner, paper and copy & print services, and free delivery included as standard on all orders (no minimum spend).
What is the Office Depot returns policy?
If you decide you want to send your item back, you'll have 14 days from the date of your purchase to do so. Items need to be returned in new condition and their original packaging with all accessories included. Note that furniture and opened software, ink and toners cannot be returned. Returns shipping is free via prepaid label when you generate one through the brand's dedicated portal.

Subscribe and save
If there are certain products you find yourself ordering again and again, set up a subscription to get regular deliveries shipped at a discount. By subscribing, you can buy products at between 5 - 10% off their usual prices, plus you can set the frequency of your deliveries to meet your needs, ensuring you never run out of supplies or find yourself in desperate need of stocking up.
