Does Reolink offer free shipping?
Yes, most orders to the USA ship with free ground shipping as standard (with the exception of orders to Hawaii). These should arrive in 3 - 6 business days. If your order does incur shipping fees, these will be displayed at the checkout before you place your order.
Does Reolink offer a student discount?
Yes, both students and teachers can get an education discount on their Reolink orders, helping them save 10% at the checkout. To get your unique code, you'll need to verify your status through the dedicated page on the brand's site. Reolink partners with Sheer.ID to verify customers. Once your details have been confirmed, Sheer.ID will contact you with your unique code.
Is there a Reolink military discount?
It's not just students who can save - Reolink also offers a military and first responder discounts, which is available to current & former members of the military, as well as their spouses and dependents, government employees, and first responders (i.e. law enforcement, fire service workers, and medical staff). Just verify your status to be sent your code for 10% off.
What is the Reolink returns policy?
Customers can send items back to Reolink within 30 days of their date of purchase in exchange for a refund if for whatever reason they change their mind. You will need to include all included accessories when returning your item, and you'll also need to pay for the cost of trackable returns shipping.
