Does GARVEE offer free shipping?
All orders to the contiguous US come with free shipping as standard, helping you save on fees. Your items should arrive within 8 - 12 working days (1 - 2 days processing time plus shipping). Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, FedEx or truck freight, and tracking details are sent as soon as orders are shipped.
What is MyGARVEE?
MyGARVEE is the home supplies store's customer rewards program, which lets you earn 1 point for every $1 you spend with the brand. Points can then be exchanged for coupons or products. Every 100 points is worth $1 off, with coupons for $1, $2, $5, $10, $15 and $20 available. You can also buy select products starting from 1000 points, with offers changed on a regular basis.
As you earn more points, you'll also rank up through the different tiers of the program. You'll start on Bronze (1 point per $1 and a $210 introductory coupon), then proceed to Silver after earning 400 points, netting you 2 points per $1 and a $5 birthday coupon. Keep going until 1200 points and you'll earn 3 points per $1, 8% off selected items and a $10 coupon on your birthday.
You'll reach the final tier, Diamond, when you've earned 2400 points, netting you 5 points per $1, 10% off most items across the brand's range, 72-hour VIP access to sales, a $20 coupon and members gift on your birthday, and the chance to unlock any product listed in the exclusive section for just $1. Note that GARVEE points are only valid for a year, and earned points totals reset every 12 months
Does GARVEE sell wholesale?
Yes - if you're a licensed retailer, installers, contractor, property manager or e-commerce resellers, you can sign up to GARVEE's wholesale program to get tiered discounts of up to 60% off products, plus bulk order discounts. If you're accepted, you'll be added to the brand's requisition system, where you can submit requests to receive quotes at trade prices, then place orders with quick ordering and invoicing options. To get started, simply apply via the form on the dedicated page on the brand's website.
What is the GARVEE returns policy?
Should you decide you need to return your item, you can send it back to the brand within 30 days of your purchase under the return guarantee. However, you'll need to pay for the cost of returns shipping (which will be deducted from your final refund total) unless your item is faulty. Note that non-faulty items must be brand new, unused and sent back in their original packaging to qualify for refunds.

Items in the clearance sale are sold at up to 70% off to help shift the last of stock the brand wants to get rid of, meaning deals are only around for a limited time. Make sure to snap them up sooner rather than later if any catch your eye.

If you're a fan of your GARVEE product, let other customers know on social media and you can get rewarded. You can submit videos of you making the most of your order through the dedicated portal on the brand's website, and if your video is selected, you'll get $35 off your next order as thanks. Your reward can even climb to $80 if you refer friends to the store too.

How to use GARVEE coupons
- Browse our collection of the latest GARVEE coupons, find one to use and click "Get Code".
- Your code will appear in a new tab - copy it to your clipboard for later.
- Head back to your old tab to reach the GARVEE site and start shopping.
- Once you've added everything to your cart, head to the checkout.
- Look for the "Coupon" field (usually near the order summary), then paste in your code.
- Click the "Apply" button and double-check your order total has changed.
- Continue through the checkout as normal to lock in your discount and complete your purchase.

What to do if a coupon code doesn’t work
Although we do our best to ensure all listed codes are tried & tested, sometimes coupons expire or terms & conditions are changed before we can update pages. Our team works hard to make sure our coupons are active and work as intended, and should you encounter an issue when using one, we’ll work just as hard to help.
The best place to start is by checking the requirements. Click “View terms and conditions” to expand the code section and see any guidance on your chosen coupon. For example, you may need to meet a minimum spend, add other items to your basket to qualify for a multibuy offer, or confirm that your chosen code applies to the items in your basket (i.e. 10% off laptops).

How we make money
When it comes to coupons, TechRadar earns money via a commission-based model. For every brand we have a coupon page for, we’ve negotiated a deal that means we earn a percentage of total basket value in commission back from every order.
Using this model means we can offer our coupons to our customers free of charge. You won’t pay any fees to add your chosen coupon to your basket - you’ll simply pay the final order total once your discount has been applied.
