Does Woot! offer free shipping?
Woot! offers free standard shipping to all Amazon Prime members, with free express shipping on shirt orders, but other customers will be charged a flat $6 fee per order. If you're a repeat shopper, the Prime membership fee can quickly be offset by savings on this fee alone, so give this some consideration before placing your order.
Is Woot! part of Amazon?
Woot! was purchased by Amazon in 2010, and since then, sign-in with Amazon accounts has been fully integrated into the site. The brand also offers exclusive benefits to Prime Members such as free shipping and Prime Day deals, and many open box and refurbished items from the Amazon Warehouse are sold through the site, offering customers additional savings on a wide range of products.
What is Bag o' Crap?
Woot! still sells its 'Bag o' Crap', which customers can purchase one of every to receive a random selection of three items from across the brand's range. Woot! makes sure to stress how useless these items are, so expect a varied assortment of loosely-connected (or even completely unconnected) products.
However they feel about their random items, customers are encouraged to share posts and news on their Bags o' Crap on social media. On Reddit, previous customers have reported receiving items including stationery, beauty products, Arlo home security cameras, budget headphones, tools like SIM pins and tape, and even cutting boards and potato peelers.
Does Woot! still sell shirts?
Yes, Woot! sells a vast selection of shirts and t-shirts decorated with a huge range of artwork, many of which are infused with the brand's well-known flippant and absurd sense of humor. Woot! also accepts design submissions from artists, paying you for sales of your design in line with it's artists policy once you're fully set up on their system. The brand even runs a weekly Derby where customers pick the best t-shirt designs, with winners' designs receiving a spot in the hand-picked slot on the site.
What is a Woot-Off?
Woot-Offs, which are usually indicated by orange flashing lights, are what the brand calls "short-term frenzied mutations of their usual procedure". Woot-Offs mean a new product is launched the moment a prior deal sells outs, with all details around the deal remaining completely unannounced until they go live. Think of them as additional flash sales that follow the end of other deals on the brand's site.
Does Woot! accept returns?
Should you change your mind on your order, you have 30 days with most items to send them back to Woot! for a refund. For some items, there may be additional conditions (for example, clothes and shoes, need to be returned completely unworn and unaltered, whilst food, perishables and any items deemed hazardous - such as flammable gas or liquids - is not eligible to be returned).
To start a return, you will need to head to the Woot! Support Page, and the brand will arrange prepaid returns shipping. Unless your order is defective or damaged, however, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund total. If you claim your item is damaged and Woot! determines it not be, you may also be charged an additional 15% restocking fee. Woot! also charges a flat $50 return fee for heavy items.

Shop during sales
Woot! offers a wide range of deals throughout the year, with a number of 24-hour flash sales, garage sales, and bigger, more sweeping promotions taking place around the change of the season and key holidays such as Labor Day, Memorial Day, Christmas, Black Friday and Cyber Monday Monday. These deals can take up to 80% off the usual prices, plus you can sort deals by items by $50 - $100, $25 to $50 or under $25 if you're shopping to a budget.

Look for clearance deals
You can shop Woot's Clearance, Last Chance and Warehouse Clearout deals to see some significant discounts on selected products the brand is hoping to shift the last of. You can expect up to 85% off a wide range of items, from clothing and tech to gifts and accessories. Make sure to snap up these deals sooner rather than later, though - once they're gone, they're gone.

If you have an Amazon Prime account, you'll receive a number of useful benefits to get you more value from your Woot! shop. First, all Prime Members get free shipping on all orders, with free express shipping on shirt orders, saving you on fees. Prime members will also get access to a number of exclusive deals you won't find anywhere else, including Prime Day deals once the annual sales event comes around.
Prime Memberships usually cost $14.99 a month, with a 25% discount if you sign up annually ($139 for a year). There are also concessionary rates available for students and young adults, who can get Prime for $7.49 a month or $69 for a year). If you're a regular Woot shopper, the access to additional deals can quickly make up for the cost of a Prime membership.
Consider open-box items
If you don't need completely brand-new items, you can opt to buy open box returns to save a little extra on the usual price of a varied selection of products, the majority of which are devices and appliances. Open box products are ex samples or testers, or were simply returned by a customer, and although the packaging may be slightly worse for wear and some originally included items might be missing, Woot! has inspected, tested and restored the items themselves to check they're as close to like-new condition as possible. Prices can also be discounted by an additional 10% on top of the usual low or promotional prices to reflect the reduced condition.
