Does Ring offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders from Ring come with free shipping, with the type of shipping depending on how much you spend. If your order is under $49, this will just be standard shipping, but orders worth $49 or more qualify for free expedited shipping instead. You can also choose expedited shipping for orders under $49, but it will cost you a £12 fee. Standard shipping should arrive in 3 - 5 working days, whilst expedited should arrive in 1 - 3.
Is there a Ring app?
Of course! You can manage all your Ring devices through the brand's dedicated app, which is free to download for Android and iOS through the Google Play and Apple App stores. Depending on the Ring products you have installed and the subscriptions you have, you'll get live alerts, the option to view, save and share video feeds, and full use of the intercom.
Can Ring install my device?
Ring doesn't provide an option for installation as part of delivery, but they do offer a local installer tool to help you find someone in your area who can install your device. You can book someone in for the job through the dedicated installation page on the Ring site, or if you'd prefer to set your device up yourself, you'll also find a range of self-setup guides and links to the help center.
Do Ring devices come with a warranty?
As standard, most Ring devices are covered by a one-year warranty to protect you against defects and faults, entitling you to a free replacement should you run into issues during the warranty period. This starts from the date of your purchase. Note that warranties are applicable to new and Certified Refurbished devices, but not any marked "Used" or sold-as-seen.
What is the Ring returns policy?
Customers have 45 days from the date of their purchase to return items to Ring if they change their mind. The brand also offers free returns shipping via a prepaid label, saving you on additional costs. How you return your items depends on your order number - you'll either need to head to the brand's dedicated returns portal, or call their customer support line and speak with the team. Watch for sales
Ring offers deals throughout the year, with the biggest and best Ring sales and deals usually appearing around key holidays such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday. We've seen these seasonal sales offer up to 60% off items across the brand's range, although you'll also find a number of smaller deals offering as much as $200 off selected items year-round. Make sure to check back here whenever you're looking to save on an order, as we keep a close eye on the newest deals and ways to save, adding them to this page whenever they're available.
Buy a bundle
If you're in the market for multiple Ring devices, look through the brand's bundles for a chance to save up to 20% versus the price of buying them separately. You'll find cameras, doorbells and chimes, alarms, floodlights and more available through the likes of the connected, protected and whole home starter kits, plus options tailored to pet owners, monitoring your yard, and protecting your business.
Choose longer plans
If you're subscribing to a Ring service such as Ring Protect, Professional Monitoring or Virtual Security guard, you'll have the option to sign up monthly or yearly. Although you'll pay more upfront with the latter, you'll usually save on the cost of 2 months of membership, effectively netting you 16% off the per-monthly price of your chosen plan, making this well worth doing if you plan to stay with the brand long term.
Opt for refurbished
If you don't need your tech to be brand new, you can opt for Certified Refurbished devices instead of new ones to save up to $100 on individual items. These products are second-hand, but have been inspected, tested and restored to like-new condition to guarantee you the same quality. You're also still covered by the standard 1-year warranty, protecting you against any faults. Note that Ring differentiates between Certified Refurbished (which includes a warranty and is covered by the returns policy) and Used (which does not) - keep an eye on the product page to ensure you're buying correctly.
Sign up and save
You can sign up to Ring's email newsletter through the footer on the brand's site to receive regular updates about the latest products and promotions. As well as being a great way to ensure you don't miss out on ways to save, this also lets you access the occasional exclusive deals for extra discounts.
How to use Ring coupon codes

- Copy the code for later, then head back to your previous tab, which will now have loaded the Ring website.

What to do if a coupon code doesn’t work
Although we do our best to ensure all listed codes are tried & tested, sometimes coupons expire or terms & conditions are changed before we can update pages. Our team works hard to make sure our coupons are active and work as intended, and should you encounter an issue when using one, we’ll work just as hard to help.
The best place to start is by checking the requirements. Click “View terms and conditions” to expand the code section and see any guidance on your chosen coupon. For example, you may need to meet a minimum spend, add other items to your basket to qualify for a multibuy offer, or confirm that your chosen code applies to the items in your basket (i.e. 10% off laptops).

How we make money
When it comes to coupons, TechRadar earns money via a commission-based model. For every brand we have a coupon page for, we’ve negotiated a deal that means we earn a percentage of total basket value in commission back from every order.
