How much does Herman Miller shipping cost?
Although sometimes Herman Miller will run free shipping promotions, as standard you will need to pay for shipping. If you live within the contiguous USA, you will be charged 10% of your order value (for a minimum of $14.95 and a maximum of $199, with the exception of some select office chairs which incur a $79 fee).
For orders outside of the contiguous US, charges vary depending on your location. You will be able to see these in full at the checkout before you place your order. You will also have the choice of threshold & in-home delivery options at the checkout if you prefer, although these are almost always pricier than standard ground shipping.
Can I try Herman Miller furniture before I buy?
Yes, in fact, Herman Miller actively encourages customers to try its furniture before making a purchase. You'll find a number of Herman Miller stores across the USA, plus the brand's products sold by a number of distributers across the country. Find one of these locations using the store locator tool on the Herman Miller site and make a trip to your nearest spot if you want to give a product a go before placing an order online.
Does my Herman Miller furniture come with a warranty?
Most Herman Miller products are covered by a 12-year warranty as standard. Warranties protect against faults or defects (not wear & tear or any form of damage caused by use or sustained after your item has been delivered). Should you need to make a claim on your warranty, Herman Miller will arrange free pickup and repair or replacement of your item.
Does Herman Miller accept returns?
Should you decide your product is not for you, you can return your product to Herman Miller in exchange for a refund if you let their team know within 3 days of making you purchase. Once your return is confirmed, it will then need to be sent back to Herman Miller within 30 days of your initial purchase date. Products are only eligible for refunds if received in their original packaging & condition. Note that a 10% restocking fee will deducted from your refund total.
