Does Olight offer free shipping?
All orders over $49 that are being shipped to addresses within the contiguous US come with free shipping as standard. These orders are shipped via USPS and should arrive in 6 - 13 business days. If your order is under $49, or you choose one of the brand's expedited shipping options (which arrive in 3 - 8 days), fees will be calculated on a per-order basis depending on what you're ordering and where its shipping to.
Can I get an Olight student discount?
Yes, Olight offers students dedicated deals when they verify their status with a valid Student Beans account. Just sign in to your account before heading to the checkout to prove your eligibility, and you'll be able to get 10% off your orders, plus 30% off Perun 3 devices. Teachers can also save 10% on their orders by verifying with Beans ID.
Does Olight offer a military discount?
It's not just students who can save - as a thanks for their service, members of the US military can also get 10% off their orders sitewide by verifying with Beans ID. The same discount is available to healthcare workers and first responders, too. Just make sure to sign in before placing your order to lock in your savings.
How does the Olight loyalty program work?
Customers can sign up to the Olight loyalty program, the O-Fan Club, for free through the brand's website. Once registered, you'll start earning additional benefits every time you order, with more benefits available the more you've spent. Members earn two different kinds of currency on purchases: points and O-Coins.
Points aren't redeemable, but are used to track your progress through the 11 different tiers of the program. You'll earn 10 points per $1 you spend, and will start off at the first tier (Iron) as soon as you sign up. Immediate bonuses include access to members-only offers and the chance to participate in O-Fan days, where you can earn double points on orders.
You'll move up through the different tiers by hitting set points totals (which are tied to lifetime spend), which will gradually earn you more and more bonuses, including access to members portals, free shipping on your orders, additional or improved discounts, coupons to redeem at the checkout, birthday gifts, physical gifts with orders and free product trials. Discounts can take up to an extra 50% off at the higher tiers.
O-Coins, meanwhile, are spendable, and can be redeemed in exchange for discounts on devices and accessories sold through the members portal (the Redemption zone, accessed after reaching the second tier). You'll earn 10 O-Coins for every $1 you spend, with every 200 coins worth $1 off (although the total discount is capped at 5% per order). You'll also get a welcome bonus of 50 O-Coins when you first sign up.
What is the Olight returns policy?
Should you change your mind about your Olight order, you can send items back to the brand within 30 days of your purchase to get a refund or replacement. To get started, contact the team to notify them of your intent to return, and they'll provide a prepaid shipping label to cover the cost. Items need to be sent back unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Every item is also covered by a lifetime warranty protecting you against faults, so you won't be compromising on quality. Know someone who'd like the Olight range? You can refer friends and family to the brand to net them discounts, plus earn yourself rewards.
