How much is shipping at ORIGIN PC?
Because custom gaming PCs vary drastically in size and weight, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the dimensions of your build.
However, ORIGIN PC often runs promotional offers that include Free US Ground Shipping on select custom laptops, desktops, and prebuilt Ready-to-Ship systems, which can save you $50 to $100, depending on your location.
Do ORIGIN PCs have a warranty?
The ORIGIN PC base 1-year warranty covers replacement parts (like a dead motherboard or GPU) and return shipping for 1 year. After that, every ORIGIN PC system comes standard with free lifetime phone and online support, as well as Lifetime Labor Service.
While the labor is always free, you are responsible for paying for the physical replacement parts and the shipping costs unless they are covered by the optional Parts & Shipping warranty tier at checkout.
The warranty coverage for parts and return shipping depends on the exact tier you select during the checkout process.
Many of their gaming laptops come with a 45-day or 90-day "No Dead Pixel Guarantee," meaning they will repair or replace the screen at no cost to you if any pixel defects appear early on.
Are custom paint or engravings refundable?
Because custom paint jobs, HD UV prints, and laser etchings are permanently personalized to your specific machine, these services are completely non-refundable under the 30-day return policy.
If you place an order for a custom-painted PC and decide to cancel it before it ships, you must do so within five calendar days of the purchase date. Cancellations made after five days will incur fees equal to the full price of the artwork services and labor.
What is the ORIGIN PC return policy?
ORIGIN PC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all hardware, accessories, and peripherals, provided it's still in its original sealed packaging.
To start a return, you will need to contact their customer service team to get a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number and ship the order back within five working days.
ORIGIN PC does charge a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Also, all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
