Does SCUF Gaming offer a military discount?
Yes, members of the US military can get 5% off their SCUF orders by using the brand's own military discount code. You don't need to verify your status to receive the saving either - just choose the code from the list above and add it at the checkout for your discount.
Can I customize my SCUF controller?
If you want to make your controller your own, SCUF offers personalization options on Xbox and PC controllers, including your pick of faceplate and backplate, thumbsticks, bumpers, triggers and buttons. You'll find a wide range of custom colors and design, with some of the more ornate picks costing a little extra.
What is the SCUF Gaming returns policy?
Should you decide your SCUF controller isn't for you, you can send it back to the brand within 30 days of your purchase for a refund, but you will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of your own returns shipping. Note that you'll also be charged a 15% restocking fee if you've ordered a custom controller (unless your item is faulty) - this will be deducted from your refund total.

SCUF sells a wide range of refurbished gaming gear for anyone who's looking to save on the usual price and doesn't mind a little cosmetic wear and tear. Refurbished models tend to be items returned by other customers, or the last of older models the brand wants to sell off, with discounts provided to help shift the last of the stock. These items can be up to 20% off, but make the most of the deals whilst they're around - once the stock is gone, the deals are gone for good.
