Does Acemagic offer free shipping?
Yes, all Acemagic orders come with free shipping as standard, which should arrive in 3 - 7 working days. Should you want to receive your goods quicker, you can pay a fee at the checkout for express shipping, which should arrive in 2 - 3 working days. Note that there may be delays for orders placed around key holidays.
Is there an Acemagic Black Friday event?
Black Friday is a big event for tech discounts, and Acemagic is no stranger to it. Last year, the brand offered up to 65% off selected models for the event, with deals beginning from the second week of November and continuing until Cyber Monday.
This year, Black Friday falls on November 28th, with Cyber Monday to follow on December 1st, and we expect to see a similar sale running this year. As new deals appear, we'll be sure to update this page to show you the best ways to save.
Do Acemagic products come with a warranty?
All Acemagic products are covered by the brand's standard 2-year warranty, which protects you from any defects and manufacturing faults. Any exceptions to this policy will be listed on the brand's site (for example, products ordered before August 1st 2025 still have a 3-year warranty).
Should you run into these issues, you can contact the team to organise an exchange. If your item is out of stock, you will receive a refund, with the amount depending on how long it has been since your purchase (detailed below):
- <1 month: Full refund
- 1 - 6 months: 90% refund
- 6 - 12 months: 80% refund
- 12 - 18 months: 70% refund
- 18 - 24 months: 60% refund
- 24 - 36 months: 50% refund
What is the Acemagic returns policy?
Should you simply decide you no longer want your item, so long as it is undamaged, you can send it back to Acemagic within 30 days of your purchase. However, you will need to include all accessories and the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund, and you will need to cover your own shipping costs.
To start a return, simply contact the Acemagic team to notify them of your decision, then send your item back at your own cost. Refunds will be processed once your item has been received and inspected, and can take 3 - 5 business days from this point to process.

Save in seasonal sales
Like many tech brands, Acemagic runs seasonal sales throughout the year, with discounts of up to 65% off around key holidays. These include the likes of Labor Day, 4th of July and Black Friday, so watch your calendar and check in when these events roll around for more chances to save on your order. You'll also find smaller sales running throughout the year, with discounts on specific products across the range.
Become a member
By joining the Acemagic membership program, you'll earn points on your purchases, which can then be redeemed in exchange for rewards or discounts. Signing up is free, and members earn 100 points for ever $100 they spend, plus a bonus 500 points when they first join.
You can also earn extra points by joining the email newsletter (200 points), following Acemagic on social media (100 points per platform), and when its your birthday (500 points; you will need to add this to your profile to qualify).
Points can be redeemed for discounts, such as $1 off for 100 points. You'll get better savings the more points you redeem at once (e.g. $10 off for 800 points, $20 for 1,500 points or 4% an order with 2,000 points), so saving them up is an easy way to get better deals.
You can also exchange points for products from across the Acemagic range, including the likes of the brand's 8-in-1 Docking Hubs (2,000 points), Portable Wireless Bluetooth Folding Keyboards (3,000 points), and even S1 mini PCs (15,000 points).

You can keep up with all the latest Acemagic news by joining for brand's email mailing list. Just provide your chosen email address and you'll start receiving regular emails on products and promotions so you never miss a chance to save. You'll also get an exclusive code for 5% off when you first sign up, with additional exclusives included in the newsletter deals.
How to use Acemagic promo codes
- Take a look through the latest Acemagic promo codes at the top of this page and choose one you want to use.
- Click "Get Code" to reveal it in a new tab, then copy your code to your clipboard for later.
- Navigate back to your previous tab to reach the Acemagic website.
- Start shopping for the product(s) you want to purchase, adding them to your cart as you go.
- Proceed to the checkout and look for the "Discount code" field underneath your order summary.
- Paste your coupon code into this field and click "Apply".
- Double-check your order total has been amended, then proceed through the rest of the checkout as normal.

What to do if a coupon code doesn’t work
Although we do our best to ensure all listed codes are tried & tested, sometimes coupons expire or terms & conditions are changed before we can update pages. Our team works hard to make sure our coupons are active and work as intended, and should you encounter an issue when using one, we’ll work just as hard to help.
The best place to start is by checking the requirements. Click “View terms and conditions” to expand the code section and see any guidance on your chosen coupon. For example, you may need to meet a minimum spend, add other items to your basket to qualify for a multibuy offer, or confirm that your chosen code applies to the items in your basket (i.e. 10% off laptops).

How we make money
When it comes to coupons, TechRadar earns money via a commission-based model. For every brand we have a coupon page for, we’ve negotiated a deal that means we earn a percentage of total basket value in commission back from every order.
Using this model means we can offer our coupons to our customers free of charge. You won’t pay any fees to add your chosen coupon to your basket - you’ll simply pay the final order total once your discount has been applied.
