Is Jackery shipping free?
All orders to addresses within the contiguous USA come with free shipping as standard, which should arrive in up to 5 working days. Note that this excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Does my Jackery product come with a warranty?
All Jackery products come with a default warranty of at least 2-3 years, with an additional 1-2 years available for registering your product through the warranty extension form on the brand's site.
Activating your extended warranty doesn't just give you extra protection against faults and defects - it also activates your Jackery membership and confers a number of perks through the program.
First, you'll receive a coupon for $200 off your next order worth $1200 or more once you submit the form. Then once your warranty has expired, Jackery will also send you a coupon for 15% off a replacement model.
What is a Jackery membership?
Being a Jackery member means you'll earn rewards on your purchases which can help you save on orders if you're a repeat customer. You can sign up for free through the dedicated Jackery membership page, or by registering your product for its extended warranty.
Once you've joined, you will earn 1 point for every $1 you spend, plus a bonus 500 welcome points, 300 bonus points for your 2nd, 3rd and 5th order, and an extra 500 points for orders over $5000.
You can also earn additional points by completing a number of additional actions. These include: joining the email mailing list (200 points) and text mailing list (200 points), adding your birthday to your profile (200 points), logging in on your birthday (500 points), and registering your product's warranty (20 points).
Points can then be redeemed for discount coupons, Jackery products, and gift cards (for both the brand and a selection of partner brands). New members will also be sent a one-off code for $200 off their next order worth over $1200, as well as a stackable coupon for $15 off, as soon as they sign up.
Can I refer a friend to Jackery?
Yes, just head to the Jackery referral page and provide your email address to be sent a unique referral code. Send this to your friend, and they'll get 10% off their first order over $500. As a thanks, you'll also get 10% off your next order, plus a $50 reward added to your member's account.
What is the Jackery return policy?
Customers have 30 days from their date of purchase to send any items back to Jackery. However, the brand will only cover the cost of return shipping for defective items. To start a return, you will need to contact the Jackery service team and receive an RMA number, which you will need to add to the outside of your package.
Once your item is received, it will be inspected. Your refund should arrive within 10 working days, minus the return shipping fees if you are returning your item because you changed your mind. A restocking fee will also be deducted from your refund if your item does not arrive in its original condition.

Jackery runs a number of sales year-round, with big discounts of up to 70% off usually on offer around key holidays such as Black Friday & Cyber Monday, Labor Day, President's Day and July 4th. You'll also see discounts around events like Amazon Prime Day & Big Deals day, plus events running during music festival season once summer rolls around.
Get a military discount
Jackery offers 15% off to members of the military (past or present) who can verify their status with a valid ID.Me account. This is also available to medical staff, nurses, and first responders. Simply provide some details and you'll be sent a code to add at the checkout once your status has been confirmed.
Get a student discount
Students and teachers can also save 15% on their Jackery orders by verifying through ID.Me. As with the military discount, you'll just need to fill out the form, and you'll be emailed a code to use at the checkout once ID.Me has confirmed that you are studying or working in education.
Buy refurbished
If you don't need brand new tech, Jackery sells a selection of refurbished devices, which it breaks down by device type on its site. Select either portable power stations, solar generators, battery packs or solar panels to find items up to 50% off versus their usual price.
All items have been inspected to ensure they are in like-new condition and come with the brand's warranty as standard, so you won't be compromising on quality by choosing this option.
Sign up for emails
The best way to hear the latest from Jackery, including all promotions and product launches, is to join the brand's email newsletter. Just provide your chosen email address to start receiving regular messages, as well as a code for up to $150 off your next order worth more than $2000 when you first join. If you prefer, you can also sign up for SMS alerts by providing your phone number.

- Copy your code to your clipboard, then head to the Jackery website.
