Does Supplies Outlet offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders over $50 come with free ground shipping if they're being sent to an address in the contiguous US. Free ground shipping should arrive in 3 - 5 business, whilst paid ground shipping ($5.99 on orders up to 10 lbs or $8.99 on orders over 10 lb) usually arrives in 1 - 3 business days.
You can also pay $3.99 for first class UPS mail if your order is under 10lb, which should arrive in 1 - 4 business days depending on which state you're in. 2-Day and Overnight shipping options are also available starting from $29 and $39 respectively.
How does Supplies Outlet rewards work?
You can sign up to Supplies Outlet rewards for free through the brand's site to start earning points on your purchases. Once you've become a member, you'll get 1 point per every $1 you spend with the brand, with every 100 points worth $1 off future orders. Just create or sign in to a Supplies Outlet account to get started.
Does Supplies Outlet accept returns?
Customers can send selected unopened products back to Supplies Outlet for a refund at any point up to a year after your purchase - just get in touch with the team to obtain an RMA. Note that you will need to pay for and arrange your own returns shipping, and any items deemed non-defective will incur a 10% restocking fee.
