Fieldy puts privacy at the center of its offering, protecting users' data by encrypting it both at rest & during transit. Users are granted full control of their storage and can delete any information they don't wish to be stored. The company cannot see any user information, and also does not share data with any third parties, so users can guarantee that their records remain their own.
Do you need a membership to use Fieldy?
You will need to become a member to use Fieldy, but there is a free tier if you don't want to pay for one of the premium plans. The free plan comes with every device, and allows you to make up to 150 minutes of free recordings each month.
How much does a Fieldy membership cost?
Fieldy offers a free tier with all devices, which supports 99 languages and includes unlimited storage, as well as auto-transcription, location tagging for transcripts, individual speaker ID, and favorite memory-marking.
For additional features such as AI chat, customizable summary templates, the ability to export transcripts, and the option to sync with Google Calendar & Microsoft Outlook, you'll need to consider a Plus plan. Plus costs $12.99 per month (or $9.99 per month if you pay yearly).
For anyone looking for additional customer support, you can also opt for the Unlimited plan for $19.99 per month (or $15.99 per month when you get an annual subscription). Fieldy recommends this for anyone using their device every day (whereas they suggest Plus for occasional usage).
Is there a Fieldy app?
Yes, the Fieldy companion app is free to download for Android and iOS, and allows users to manage transcripts and exports. You will need to download the app to use all the features your device includes, so make sure to set this up once your device arrives.
What is the Fieldy refund policy?
