Does AliExpress offer free shipping?
Yes, and although it's not available on all items, the site tends to offer limited promos to save you on shipping costs. You'll find deals like free shipping with 3 items or more, or free shipping over $10 if you're buying AliExpress Choice products. As with all the deals the site offers, we'll update our listing to include them as soon as we come across them, so check the list above before you place your order.
Is there an AliExpress app?
Of course! The AliExpress app is available to download for free for Android and iOS devices (through the Google Play and Apple App stores respectively), and lets you place and manage orders, as well as access all the usual deals along with plenty of app exclusives. Customers using the app can also earn AliExpress Coins, which can be used to discount orders.
Can I get AliExpress student discounts?
If you're studying, you may get the occasional AliExpress student discount on specific products when you verify via a valid Student Beans or UNiDAYS account. We keep a close eye on any student discounts the site offers, updating this page and adding them to the list above whenever we find them, so check back to see if you can save.
Does AliExpress offer returns?
Yes, but whether they're free or not depends on the products. Items offered with free returns are marked as such on the product page. How long you'll have to return your items will also depend on what you're buying. Usually items can be sent back 15 - 30 days after you've made your purchase, and once approved, you'll have 5 days to send back your item.

If you're looking for a deal, Dollar Express is one of the many deals and sales sections the brand offers, selling a wide range of products at as little as $1. You'll usually find a lot of smaller electronics, as well as clothing, with items personalized to you and what items you've shown an interest in.
Use your coins
If you've downloaded the app, every purchase will earn you coins, with every 100 Coins equalling about $1 off at the checkout. It's not just orders that earn you coins, either - you can also earn extra through daily check-ins in the coins section, as well as writing and leaving reviews, and even playing minigames.

If you want to hear about the latest AliExpress news as soon as it becomes available, you can sign up for notifications to receive regular updates on products and promotions, plus immediate updates on orders you place. Just head to the website or app and head to your settings to make sure notifications are on.
How to use AliExpress promo codes

What to do if a coupon code doesn’t work
Although we do our best to ensure all listed codes are tried & tested, sometimes coupons expire or terms & conditions are changed before we can update pages. Our team works hard to make sure our coupons are active and work as intended, and should you encounter an issue when using one, we’ll work just as hard to help.
The best place to start is by checking the requirements. Click “View terms and conditions” to expand the code section and see any guidance on your chosen coupon.
