Can I get free shipping with Bluetti?
All orders come with free standard shipping, so long as they are being sent to an address in one of the 48 contiguous US states. Bluetti takes 1 - 3 working days to process orders, and then a US-based courier such as UPS or FEDEX will deliver your items in 7 - 10 working days following order confirmation.
Can I get a Bluetti military discount?
All members of the military and veterans who can verify by signing in to a GovX account can get 5% off their Bluetti orders. If you are a first responder (i.e. healthcare worker or member of the police or fire service), you can also access this discount. Simply sign in with your account to be sent your code.
Does Bluetti run a trade-in scheme?
Yes, customers who own Bluetti devices can trade them in for up to $2800 off their next order. To get started, head to the dedicated trade-in page on the brand's website and provide some details about the model and condition of your old device.
Bluetti will send you a quote, and if you're happy with the price offered, you can send it to them in exchange for the quote price as store credit, which you can add to your next order for a considerable discount.
Can I return items to Bluetti?
Yes, Bluetti offers a 30 day returns policy, so if you aren't 100% happy with your purchase, get in touch with the customer service team to arrange a return. Note that Bluetti does offer return shipping, but the cost of this will be deducted from your refund total. If you prefer, you can arrange your own shipping at your own cost.

You'll see a number of offers all year-round, but the highest discounts usually coincide with popular sales periods like Christmas, Black Friday & Cyber Monday. Become a member
Customers can get additional Bluetti perks by becoming a member of the brand's loyalty program. Sign up to receive regular emails about products & sales, plus free delivery on all orders, gifts with selected purchases, birthday gifts, and exclusive members pricing you won't find anywhere else.
You'll also start earning 1 Bluetti Buck for every $1 you spend, which can then be used to purchase exclusive merchandise, discount codes & gift cards. For example, you can exchange 699 bucks for a code for 5% off, or save up 2499 bucks for a code for 20% off. When you first join, you'll also be sent a one-off code for 5% off, as well as 200 Bluetti Bucks.

Earn extra points
There are a number of extra ways that members can earn extra Bluetti Bucks to spend on discounts, gift cards and branded merch. You'll get 200 bucks when you sign up, then an extra 300 for joining the newsletter; you'll also get 200 every time you leave a product review, and 100 points every time you follow the brand on a social media platform.
Members will also have the chance to earn additional extra points from community activities, including Members Days, where the brand will offer bonus points on your purchases or for joining competitions with the chance to win even more points prizes.
Refer a friend
As a Bluetti member, you can refer people you know to the brand to net them a discount and earn yourself a saving on your next order too. Just provide your details to be sent a unique code. When your friend uses it, they'll get an 8% discount on their order. Once their order has been confirmed, you'll also be sent your own code for 5% off.
Price match products
Bluetti Members can also price match any devices they buy up to 30 days after they've placed their order so you can be sure you're always getting the best price on the brand's range. To get started, just let the brand team know where you've seen your tech sold for less by providing a link. Once the offer has been verified, the price difference will be refunded to your account.

What to do if a coupon code doesn’t work
Although we do our best to ensure all listed codes are tried & tested, sometimes coupons expire or terms & conditions are changed before we can update pages. Our team works hard to make sure our coupons are active and work as intended, and should you encounter an issue when using one, we’ll work just as hard to help.
