Does Apollo Neuro offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders to addresses within the USA qualify for free shipping as standard, with orders fulfilled via DHL or USPS. You should receive your goods in 10- 14 working days (slightly longer if you're outside of the contiguous US), and tracking will be sent once your order ships. If you want to receive your items sooner, you can also opt for 2 - 3 Day FedEx and UPS Expedited shipping at the checkout for a fee (with the amount depending on your address).
What are Apollo Vibes?
Apollo wearables use vibrations to affect users' sympathetic nervous systems, which the brand says helps "signal safety to the body through your sense of touch". Devices compose "silent soundtracks" to deliver this soothing effect, with different vibes for different scenarios (i.e. calming for sleep, energizing for focusing or socializing). These different modes are what the brand calls Apollo Vibes, and have been devised off the back of the brand's own research into which frequencies best support the nervous system towards each desired state.
What is Apollo Sessions?
Apollo Sessions is the brand's paid membership for those customers who have an iPhone and don't want to shell out for one of the brand's wearable devices, and gives users access to the full range of Apollo Vibes through their mobile device.
A Sessions plan is available on a monthly or yearly basis, with the usual price sitting at $9.99 a month, or a total of $119.99 per year. However, the brand offers new users a 7-day free trial when they first sign up, followed by a discount on a year's plan if you choose to continue using the service. With this discount, you'll pay $89.99 for a year - that's $7.49 a month, or 25% off.
How quickly does Apollo neuro work? How often should I use it?
The brand's own recommendations are that users wear and use their devices for a minimum of 3 hours per day, for at least 5 days a week, with a mix of both daytime and night time use in order to see any effects.
By meeting or exceeding this usage, users should see results in terms of improved sleep within 21 days, which Apollo's own research indicates can deliver 30 or more minutes of extra sleep per night. There is no maximum amount of usage, either - the brand states that there are no adverse effects to wearing and using your device as often as you like.
Is there an Apollo Neuro app?
Yes, the brand's app is available to download for Android and iOS free through the Google Play and Apple App stores. Through the app, users can access Apollo's own Vibes - custom-tuned vibrations designed to help cultivate certain bodily states that support a desired mood (i.e. better sleep, increased focus).
What is the Apollo Neuro returns policy?
Customers can send their Apollo orders back to the brand within 30 days for any reason, so long as items are sent back in good condition and their original packaging, with included accessories and documentation. To start a return, just contact the brand's team, who will provide you with an RMA and a prepaid returns label to affix to your item.
Note that full refunds are only offered if the brand feels that your item meets the above conditions - deductions will be made if your item has been damaged or partially returned, and a $10 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total regardless of item condition to cover the cost of your returns shipping.
