Does Plaud offer free shipping?
As standard, every Plaud order includes free shipping, which should arrive in 1 - 2 business days. You can also see how your order is getting on via the brand's tracking portal - just provide your order number (provided once your order is confirmed) to get started.
Is a Plaud membership free?
You can create a Plaud account for free and be automatically signed up for the Starter tier, which offers up to 300 minutes of transcription in 112 different languages. However, this tier does not allow you to increase your transcription allowance or use custom templates - both of these are features reserved for the Pro and Unlimited tiers.
How much does a Plaud paid plan cost?
Plaud customers can sign up for two paid tiers of membership - Pro and Unlimited. With Pro, your transcription limit rises to 1,200 minutes, whilst Unlimited removes the cap entirely (as the name suggests). For both plans, you can choose a monthly or yearly option. Pro comes in at $17.99 a month, or $99.99 a year, whilst Unlimited costs $29.99 (or $239.99 a year), meaning a longer plan can save you up to 45% off.
Does Plaud offer refunds?
Yes, if you receive your device and decide its not right for you, you can return it to the brand within 30 days of heading to the checkout to get a full refund. Items will need to be sent back in their original packaging with all originally included accessories, whilst software will need to be completely unused. Plaud will also cover the cost of return shipping, saving you on any additional fees.

Choose a longer plan
If you're signing up for a paid Plaud plan, you can save up to 45% on the cost by signing up annually instead of opting for the monthly alternative. Although this will cost you more upfront, you'll save more in the long run if you know the service works for you. With the 7-day free trial on each plan, you can also this period to try out the premium features, and cancel before the trial period ends if you're not a fan to avoid being charged.
Get a student or healthcare discount
Want 10% off your Plaud order? If you're a student, educator, healthcare worker, or member of the US military, you can get 10% off your purchase when you verify with a valid ID.Me account. Just sign in to your account and once your eligibility has been confirmed, you'll be sent a code to add at the checkout.
Get a bundle deal
If you're in the market for multiple devices, or if you're planning to sign up for a paid plan, you can save money by opting for a bundle to save up to 13%. Plaud offers the Note and NotePin in 3-packs and 6-packs, as well as Note and NotePin bundles with Pro and Unlimited plans. You can also get $10 off 5 - 1 0 devices, $15 off 11 - 50 devices, and $20 off 51 or more devices through the brand's bulk savings offer.

How to use Plaud discount codes
