Does UGREEN offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders worth $20 or more come with free standard shipping, which should arrive in 1 - 3 working days, although you may experience delays during periods of higher demand. You'll be sent tracking details for your items as soon as they ship from the brand's warehouse.
How does UGREEN rewards work?
Joining UGREEN rewards is completely free, and allows customers to earn points on their purchases. Points can be collected and redeemed at the checkout for discounts, plus members will regularly get access to exclusive offers that aren't accessible anywhere else.
You'll get 200 points when you first join, then 10 points for every $1 you spend with the brand, as well as 300 points on your birthday and an additional 100 points for every one of the brand's social media accounts you follow.
When it comes to redeeming your points, every 100 points is worth $1, and there are three coupons you can save for and redeem: 500 points will get you $5 off orders over $75, whilst 1000 points nets you $10 off orders over 100, and 5000 points gives you $50 off orders worth $250 or more.
Does UGREEN offer a student discount?
Yes, Students who can sign in to a Student Beans account before they place their order can save on 20% on their UGREEN orders. Enter your details through the dedicated student discount page on the brand's site to be sent your unique code. You can sign in to request a code as many times as you need (but bear in mind there is a limit of one code per day).
What is the UGREEN return policy?
If you aren't 100% happy with your order, UGREEN offers a 30-day returns period, during which you can send your item back and arrange a refund. Items must arrive with UGREEN in the condition you received them in to qualify for a refund.
If your item is damaged, make sure to let their team know before sending your item back, and they'll cover up to $10 worth of shipping costs with a pre-paid label. However, if you've just changed your mind, you'll need to send your item back at your own expense.

UGREEN regularly offer deals on products across their range, either as part of sales (including those around Christmas and Black Friday), or to promote specific (usually newer) models. Deals can reduce prices by as much as 60%, and you'll see new deals added regularly. Opt for clearance
You can also save up to 60% off on UGREEN product by shopping the clearance section. Items sold here aren't the latest models, but are still technically new and have been discounted to help UGREEN sell up the last of their stock. Make sure to act on any deals you like the look of sooner rather than later, though, as once they stock is gone, the deals are usually gone for good.
Refer a friend
If you know someone who'd like UGREEN's range, you can get them 10% off their order by referring them to the brand. Simply head to the dedicated referral page on the brand's site to get your unique referral code, then send it to your friend. Once they've made a successful purchase using said code, you'll be sent a different code for $5 off your next order as a thanks.

What to do if a coupon code doesn’t work
Although we do our best to ensure all listed codes are tried & tested, sometimes coupons expire or terms & conditions are changed before we can update pages. Our team works hard to make sure our coupons are active and work as intended, and should you encounter an issue when using one, we’ll work just as hard to help.

How we make money
When it comes to coupons, TechRadar earns money via a commission-based model. For every brand we have a coupon page for, we’ve negotiated a deal that means we earn a percentage of total basket value in commission back from every order.
Using this model means we can offer our coupons to our customers free of charge. You won’t pay any fees to add your chosen coupon to your basket - you’ll simply pay the final order total once your discount has been applied.
