Can I get free delivery at eufyMake?
If your order is more than £80, eufyMake provides free standard delivery across the UK. For any smaller top-up orders that fall below this threshold, such as buying a single bottle of replacement UV ink, there is a £4 delivery fee.
Once your order is dispatched (typically via Royal Mail or Evri), you can expect your new gear to arrive at your door within 2 to 5 business days.
What is the eufyMake return policy?
EufyMake offers a 30-day money-back guarantee but it depends on the situation. If the printer is completely unopened, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund with no service fees. However, if you have opened the box but the printer remains unused, a 10% service fee is deducted from your refund. If you have fully unboxed and used the printer, a 20% service fee will apply.
Note: Consumables like ink cartridges and laminating films cannot be returned or refunded once they have been unboxed.
Do eufyMake printers come with a warranty?
eufyMake hardware is protected by a 1-year manufacturer warranty that covers manufacturing faults and quality-related defects. If your machine happens to develop an issue during your first year of ownership, you just need to submit a claim directly through their online Support Centre.
However, while the main printer is covered for a year, the actual print head, which is a delicate, consumable component, only has a shorter 3-month standard warranty. If you want to protect the print head for the full year, you will need to buy the extended eufyMake Care plan at the checkout.

Because UV printing requires many consumable items, buying everything separately is the most expensive route.
