Does Jakcery offer free shipping?
Yes, every order to an address in the UK comes with free shipping as standard, which should arrive in 3-5 working days. Orders to Northern Ireland will incur a shipping fee of £49.99.
Does Jackery offer a student discount?
Yes, students, graduates & teachers can save 5% on their Jackery orders by verifying their status with a valid Student Beans or Beans ID account through the brand's site. Just sign in to your account to be sent a code to use at the checkout.
Is there a Jackery NHS discount?
It's not just students who can save 5% on their Jackery orders: healthcare workers, first responders, members of the military and charity workers can register for the discount. Parents, low-income individuals, and customers with a disability can also verify with a Beans ID account to save.
Does my Jackery product come with a warranty?
All Jackery products come with at least a 4-year warranty, which you do not need to register to activate. Some models also come with a 5-year warranty, giving you an extra year of coverage against defects or manufacturer faults. What is the Jackery return policy?
Jackery will accept returns within 30 days of receiveng your order. However, you will need to notify the brand of your intention to return your item within 14 days. Jackery will then arrange a free return (with no restocking fee), and will process a full refund once they have received your item and confirm it has arrived in like-new condition.

Customers will see a number of seasonal sales running throughout the year, with big discounts to be had around the likes of Black Friday & Christmas. Jackery also tends to discount its range around key outdoor events, such as offering deals for music festival season in the summer. We've seen these sales lower the price of the brand's range by as much as 70%.
Start a Jackery membership
Becoming a Jackery member is an easy way to get some additional benefits. The rewards scheme is free to join, and members earn points on every purchase they make, with every £1 spent worth 100 points. Points can then be redeemed in exchange for discounts or gift cards, with every 1000 points worth £100.
As well as earning points each time you place an order, you can also earn for completing several other tasks: you'll get 300 points when you initially register, 200 points for signing up for emails, 200 points for signing up for texts, 200 points for adding your birthday to your profile, and an extra 300 points when you birthday comes around (as well as 24 hours of double points on order).
Members also receive a code for £150 off when they first register, get a free gift the first time they place an order worth £1500 or more, and can get 15% off warranty cover once their original warranty expires, as well as the option to refer friends for additional bonuses.
Refer a friend
If you know someone who might like Jackery's range, you can refer them to the brand through the official referral scheme. Provide your email address through the form on the brand's site to join the rewards scheme and be sent a referral link. Send your link to your friend and they'll get a code for 5% off, which can be stacked with other promotions.
Once your friend has registered for the brand's reward scheme, you'll also be sent a stackable code for 5% off. You'll earn an extra £30 cash reward when your friend makes a purchase worth over £600 within 90 days of becoming a member, and you can refer as many friends as you like to keep earning.

How to use Jackery discount codes
- Look through the latest Jakcery discount codes listed at the top of this page and choose one to use.
- Click "Get Code" to reveal your code in a new tab, then copy it to your clipboard for later.
- Navigate back to your previous tab, which will now have loaded the Jackery site, to start shopping.
