Does the Air Con Centre offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders worth more than £50 come with free standard shipping, which should arrive the next working day if you order before 1pm. Should your order fall under this total, you will be charged £5.90 for delivery fees. Note that this only applies to addresses on the UK mainland, and orders containing bulky or heavy items (over 30kg) may incur additional fees.

What is the Air Con Centre return policy?
If you change your mind on your order and want a refund, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to request this by getting in touch with the brand's customer service team. However, you will need to arrange and cover the cost of your own return shipping. Items will need to be sent back unused, in their original packaging, and with all accessories and documentation to be eligible for full refunds. If your item is not in resaleable condition when it reaches the brand, up to 50% of your refund may be deducted to cover the brand's losses.
