Amazon launched an official Apple Store (opens in new tab) on its site last month, and already there’s been a ton of savings on Apple products that don’t often see a discount. Case in point, the iPad Air 4 (2020). It’s a beautiful device with some top-end specs, and this saving makes a strong case to opt for the iPad Air over its more expensive iPad Pro counterpart.

Speaking of rarely discounted Apple products, the Apple Watch 6 is also on sale. While the price cut is only 12% off, we can’t remember the last time we saw the Watch decently discounted. So if you’ve been holding out for a cheaper price on Apple’s top-end wearable, this price drop is definitely worth considering.

There’s also savings of up to 26% on the excellent Apple AirPods Pro up for grabs, so scroll down to see all our hand-picked highlights. And if you don’t find what you’re after, head to Amazon’s Apple Store (opens in new tab) and see what else is available.

iPad Air 4 (2020, 256GB) (opens in new tab)

iPad Air 4 (2020, 256GB) | AU$1,129 AU$999 (opens in new tab) (save AU$130)

The iPad Air 4 is a stellar tablet, and it comes with plenty of features that were previously only available on the premium iPad Pro. It’s all-screen design means it's almost entirely bezel-free, with the powerful A14 Bionic chipset under the hood (the same chip at the heart of the iPhone 12 range). This AU$130 discount is available on the 256GB Wi-Fi model in blue (opens in new tab) and grey (opens in new tab).

Apple AirPods Pro (opens in new tab)

Apple AirPods Pro | AU$399 AU$295 (opens in new tab) (save AU$104)

With 26% off the AirPods Pro, we think this could be the best deal to come out of Amazon’s Apple sale. These true wireless earbuds come with good noise cancellation, and the sound quality and fit is better than the standard AirPods (also discounted below). If you’re an iPhone user looking for a new set of ‘buds, these are sure to please. Down to AU$295 on Amazon, saving you AU$104 off RRP.

Apple AirPods (2019) with charging case (opens in new tab)

Apple AirPods (2019) with charging case | AU$249 AU$188 (opens in new tab) (save AU$61)

For an even cheaper set of iPhone-friendly earbuds, you could go for the second-gen AirPods. They have fast pairing to iPhones and MacBooks, but you’ll be missing out on features such as noise cancellation and improved sound quality found on the Pro model above, so consider your needs before you buy. Now down to AU$188 on Amazon, saving you AU$61.

Apple Watch 6 (GPS, 40mm) (opens in new tab)

Apple Watch 6 (GPS, 40mm) | AU$599 AU$528 (opens in new tab) (save AU$71)

It’s pretty rare for us to see a discount on the Apple Watch 6, so while this 12% discount only saves you AU$71, we think it’s worth noting. The Watch 6 is Apple’s best smartwatch to date, and it adds a blood oxygen monitor and an electrocardiogram (ECG) to its health-focused repertoire. The 40mm model with GPS is discounted on Amazon in black (opens in new tab), white (opens in new tab), red (opens in new tab), navy (opens in new tab) and pink (opens in new tab).

Apple Watch 6 (GPS, 44mm) (opens in new tab)

Apple Watch 6 (GPS, 44mm) | AU$649 AU$578 (opens in new tab) (save AU$71)

If you have a larger wrist or just want a slightly bigger display size, then you might want to opt for the 44mm version of the Apple Watch 6. It’s discounted by 11% which will save you AU$71 off the Watch, and while that may seem small, it’s practically unheard of. Most colours of the 44mm GPS model have been reduced including black (opens in new tab), red (opens in new tab), navy (opens in new tab) and pink (opens in new tab).
