Does OnePlus offer free shipping?
All UK orders over £60 come with free standard shipping, with orders under this total incurring a £6.99 fee. This generally arrives in 3 to 7 working days, but express shipping is available for additional cost if you'd like to receive your goods sooner. Note that cost for express shipping are worked out on a per order basis depending on what you're ordering.
What is Red Cable Club?
The Red Cable Club is OnePlus' members rewards scheme, which lets customers sign up to earn extra perks. When you join, you'll start earning RedCoins on purchases (1 every £0.88 or so you spend), which can be redeemed against purchases for discounts. Members can also earn extra coins by linking devices to their account.
Hitting certain points totals lets you move up through the different tiers of membership. You'll start on Explorer when you first sign up, then reach Insider at 350 coins, Elite at 1000 coins and Supreme at 5000. Each tier offers different discounts on purchases: Explorer confers 2% off phone and 10% off accessories, whilst Insider gives 5% off phone and 20% off accessories. This rises again to 8% off phones and 30% off accessories when you reach Elite, before finally hitting 10% off phones and 50% off accessories at Supreme.
One of the biggest benefits of joining the Red Cable Club is access to red Cable Club Days, which are the brand's own sales events that tend to run monthly, and offer savings on selected devices, either through straight up members discounts, or through multibuy or bundle deals on selected combinations of products.
Does OnePlus run a trade-in scheme?
Yes, you can trade in old tech to get up to £150 off new OnePlus models. To get started, simply head to the brand's dedicated page and provide some details about your model and its condition.
Once you've received your quote, you can apply your discount to a new device at the checkout. Once you've placed your order, you'll need to send your old tech to OnePlus' trade-in partner, World Business SRL, within 30 days.
What is the OnePlus returns policy?
OnePlus customers can return items to the brand if they do so within 15 days of making their purchase, but be aware that the returns process is quite obscure, and all items will need to be unopened and sent back in their original packaging and with all items originally included to qualify for a refund. To initiate a return, get in touch with the brand's team to create an RMA and get more details on the return shipping process.

Get student or graduate discounts
If you’re a student or graduate, you can also access exclusive pricing at OnePlus, saving up to 30% across a wide range of tech and phones. Students will need to verify with a valid Student Beans account, whilst graduates can verify with Beans ID. Once signed in, you'll be able to redeem the exclusive discounts listed under the portal. The brand also offers educational savings to teachers and anyone working in education.
Shop for bundles
If you're in the market for multiple products, look through OnePlus' bundles to save up to 20% versus the cost of purchasing items separately. Although they're not always available, bundles include the likes of multiple smartwatches, phones with cases and earbuds, tablets with charging docks, and even phones and smartwatches together.
