Does Total Wireless cover my area?
Total Wireless is owned and operated by Verizon, which means it has access to Verizon's full network (including super fast 5G) to deliver a fast and reliable connection nationwide, which means it covers more than 99% of the US. If you want to check the coverage in your area, just enter your zip code into the dedicated Total Wireless coverage checker on the brand's site.
Can I bring my own phone to Total Wireless?
Already got a phone and just want to switch carriers? Not only can you bring your device and old number with you when you switch, doing so can let you save up to 50% on new plans, letting you lock in the Total Base plan (unlimited data 5GB of hotspot data, 480p video streaming, and international texts and calls) at $20 a month.
Does Total Wireless support eSIMs?
Yes, Total Wireless supports eSIMs on any mobile phone with eSIM compatibility. The carrier has a dedicated page on its website where you can add up to 2 eSIM lines to your plan and handle the switch and activation. To activate your eSIM, just visit this page and provide your IMEI number.
Does Total Wireless offer a Lifeline discount?
Yes, customers in receipt of government support including Medicaid, SNAP, SSI, Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit and Federal Public Housing Assistance can save $10 on pay-monthly smartphone, hotspot or tablet plans with at least 4.5 GB of data, plus anyone in receipt of these benefits living on tribal lands can save up to $35 a month. You can apply by providing some details through the dedicated form on the Total Wireless website, with your discount provided once you've been verified.
How does Total Wireless Rewards work?
Total Wireless Rewards lets customers earn points every time they pay their bill or buy a phone, with points redeemable on service plans and data add-ons to boost your usage. Members will also get access to a number of discounts with partner brands covering shopping, dining, entertainment and more, plus the chance to play games for extra points and enter competitions to win prizes. You can join the Rewards program for free through the Total Wireless site.

Total Wireless regularly offers deals across its range, with discounts on phone plans and home internet. You can get free phones and up to 50% off big names like iPhones and Samsung. Buy a bundle
If you're in the market for multiple plans, you can bundle them together to save on the cost of buying them separately, with selected plans available at up to $40 as part of a bundle. By adding home internet, tablet and Verizon FIOS plans alongside your chosen mobile plan, you can bag exclusive savings you won't find anywhere else.
Save with auto pay
Activate the auto pay feature to ensure your bills are automatically paid each month and Total Wireless will give you a $5 discount every month, helping you save a little extra on your costs. This option is available on Total 5G+ and 5G Unlimited plans, which come in at $40 or $50 a month respectively.

Like auto pay, this offer is only available on Total 5G+ and 5G Unlimited plans ($40 or $50 a month respectively). Your subscription lasts as long as you stay on your Total Wireless plan - cancelling or switching to a non-qualifying plan will mean you lose your subscription.

How to use Total Wireless promo codes
- Look through the list of Total Wireless promo codes above and click "Get Code" next to one you'd like to use.
- Copy the code to your clipboard, then head to the Total Wireless website, which will have opened in a new tab, to start shopping.
