Does Infimobile offer coverage in my area?
Infimobile uses infrastructure owned by Verizon and T-Mobile to offer its customers coverage, meaning the network offers wide-reaching and stable 4G and 5G connection to customers across the United States. If you want to see how good the coverage is in your area, you can find a dedicated coverage checker on the Infimobile website. Just enter your zip code to see a breakdown of 4G and 5G signals.
Can I change Infimobile plans before my old one is finished?
Yes, Infimobile customers can change plans at any time they please using Quick Recharge. Simply sign in to your account and select the new plan you wish to start, then purchase, and you can begin your new plan immediately, or simply opt to start your new plan at the end of your current billing cycle.
If you're on a 12-month plan and have not yet reached your 4th month, unused data will carry over to your next plan, whilst for other plans, a pro-rated refund proportional to the remainder of your old plan will be credited to your account, meaning you won't lose out on any remaining usage for making the switch.
Does Infimobile offer refunds?
If you change your mind about your chosen plan, you have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a refund from Infimobile. Just fill out the dedicated form on the brand's website, providing details of your account and chosen plan, to file a request, and the team will respond as soon as possible via your preferred contact method.

Choose longer plans
Infimobile offers a range of plans, with options to pay monthly, 3-monthly, 6-monthly and yearly giving you flexibility with billing cycles. Although it will mean you pay more upfront, choosing longer plans can net you up to 75% off the price of paying monthly For example, the brand's 10GB data plan comes in at $21 a month, but by opting for a 12-month plan, you'll get your plan for just $75 - that's $6.25 a month, or a whopping $177 off.
Look for free add-ons
Selected Infimobile plans include free add-ons, such as 12 months of hotspot with 20GB data plans. Considering that hotspot usually comes in at $5 per month, that's a cool $60 extra value thrown in completely free, making this a good pick if you can easily use 20GB of data each month.
Turn on auto renew
If you've found the right plan for you, you can turn on auto-renew to lock in your plan and it will be automatically repurchased whenever you reach the end of your billing cycle. Doing so will net you up to 20% off the price of your plan, plus if you started on a discount, you can sometimes lock in this lower price for the long run, helping you save more for staying with the network.
Refer a friend
If you know someone who'd like Infimobile's plans, you can refer them to net them credit. Just sign in to your account to generate your unique referral code, then send it to them, and when they purchase a plan, you'll both get $5 referral credit added to your accounts. Note that although credit can be put towards the cost of SIM swaps, international calling, add-on services, and monthly bills, only 50% of your total referral credit balance can be spent at any one time.
