Does T-Mobile offer coverage in my area?
T-Mobile provides 4G and 5G signal to 99% of the mainland US, meaning its more than likely that your area gets good coverage where you live. If you want to be sure and see a detailed breakdown of how strong different signals are in your area, you can use the dedicated coverage tracker on the brand's site before you sign up. Just enter your address or zip code to get started.
Does T-Mobile offer a free trial?
Yes! If you're not sure whether T-Mobile is for you, you can test drive the network for 30 days if your device is unlocked. Using the T-Life app, you can select a plan to try out and see how you get on for a month without having to pay or commitment to a plan. This is a great way to see how the service stacks up to your current provider before committing to the switch. What's more, the network won't even notify your current provider unless you decide to make the change official.
Is there a T-Mobile trade-in program?
If you've got an old handset you no longer use, or one you're looking to replace, T-Mobile's trade-in program lets you earn credit by selling your old phone that can be used to discount future bills. Just provide some details on the make, model and condition of your old handset through the network's site to get a quote.
If you're happy with the price, accept the quote and T-Mobile will provide a prepaid label to cover the cost of shipping your hone to them. Once its been received and inspected to confirm the condition, you'll get up to $1300 as credit you can use for discounts on your bills.
Does T-Mobile include Netflix?
One of many perks included in a T-Mobile plan is a free Netflix account with selected lines, namely the Experience More or Experience Beyond packages. These lines also include discounted Apple TV (for just $3 a month), helping you stay connected and enjoy your favorite shows for less.
Is there a T-Mobile app?
The T-Life app is the network's own companion app available for Android and iOS, and lets users manage their plans, purchases and member rewards in one place. As well as a quick and easy way to see everything the network currently offers, downloading the app also offers you exclusive mobile-only savings you won't find anywhere else. To get started, just head to the Google Play or Apple App store, download the app for free and sign in to your account.

T-Mobile is no stranger to deals, offering a wide range of plan and device deals, including up to $800 to help you buy a new phone, discounted or even free phone upgrades with trade-in, and better plans with certain models. You'll find deals with major brands including Samsung, Apple and Google, as well as big deals around key holidays and events like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Labor Day and more. Get a military discount
T-Mobile offers a number of discounted plans (specifically from the Experience range) just for members of the US military. The network says can save up to $720 per year with 4 lines and offers a number of tiers, from the basic unlimited text and talk and 50GB of data, right up to all-inclusive TV and video streaming packages including roaming data, hotspot and broadband connections. You'll also find similar savings on offer for first responders, including firefighters, law enforcement and healthcare workers.
Save with members benefits
Regardless of your plan, as a T-Mobile member, you'll be entitled to a number of handy benefits to help you save on all sorts of purchases, as well as claim freebies. Perks include T-Mobile Tuesdays - where members win freebies through weekly giveaways - as well as 15% of Hilton hotel bookings, 25% off concert tickets, and bonuses when you rent a car. You'll also find up to 50% off the likes of food, fuel, print services, gifts, movie tickets and more.
Get a senior discount
If you're over 55 and looking for a deal, you can also save thanks to T-Mobile's senior discount. This offer brings the Essentials Choice plan, which includes unlimited talk, text and data, members perks, and scam protection, for just $30 per month (with a limit of a maximum of 2 devices). Just verify your age to get started.
Refer a friend
If you're a fan of what T-Mobile offers and want to share it with your friends, you can head to the refer a friend page and get a referral link, then send it to them. When they sign up for a mobile plan using your link, you can get a $50 Virtual Express Prepaid MasterCard card as thanks.

What to do if a coupon code doesn’t work
Although we do our best to ensure all listed codes are tried & tested, sometimes coupons expire or terms & conditions are changed before we can update pages. Our team works hard to make sure our coupons are active and work as intended, and should you encounter an issue when using one, we’ll work just as hard to help.
The best place to start is by checking the requirements. Click “View terms and conditions” to expand the code section and see any guidance on your chosen coupon. For example, you may need to meet a minimum spend, add other items to your basket to qualify for a multibuy offer, or confirm that your chosen code applies to the items in your basket (i.e. 10% off laptops).
