Can I request Motorola to repair my phone?
Motorola offers mail service for repairs. They will send you a FedEx label you can use to send your device. Repair time is between 3-5 business days. Most Motorola items come with a 1-year warranty which cover you for a repair will not cost extra. However, the warranty does not cover broken screens and physical damage, and you will need to pay for any repairs outside of the initial 12 months.
What is Moto Care Extended Service Plan?
Moto Care Extended Service Plan (ESP) extends your product’s warranty by an additional year. ESP also includes advance exchange service and next business day delivery post repair claim. The cost of ESP depends on the product type but ranges between $20-$99.
What is Moto Care Accidental Damage Protection?
Moto Care Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) includes all the ESP features plus protection against physical and liquid damage including cracked screens. The price depends on the type of device but ranges between $35-$229.
What is the Motorola return policy?
Customers can return items to Motorola for a refund within the first 14 - 30 days of receiving their items, depending on where you are based and which item you are returning. Any items returned outside of this time frame will incur refund fees. To return an item, contact the Motorola team by calling +1-800-763-2208 or starting a live chat.
