Does Ninja accept returns in Australia?
Yes, customers can send items at their own expense back to Ninja Australia within 14 days of the original delivery and must be undamaged, unused, unopened and in original condition with its original packaging. The customer will also pay for any re-delivery costs involved. Ninja Australia does not accept change of mind returns, only exchanges.
