Does Shark accept returns in Australia?
Yes, customers can send items at their own expense back to Shark Australia within 14 days of the original delivery and must be undamaged, unused, unopened and in original condition with its original packaging. The customer will also pay for any re-delivery costs involved. Shark Australia does not accept change of mind returns, only exchanges.
How do you return a damaged Shark device in Australia?
If Shark determines that the item is faulty or damaged, normal warranty conditions will apply to the product.
