Does Three offer free shipping?
Yes, orders for phones, tablets, broadband tech and accessories all come with free next-day delivery via DPD if you order before 8pm. Orders are shipped on weekdays, but you can also choose to pay an additional fee if you'd like weekend delivery, or guaranteed delivery before 12pm the next day. All orders include tracking details, which will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.
Can I get a Three student discount?
Three offers students a number of exclusive deals to help them save on their devices and plans. The network offers 20% off phone airtime, SIM Only, and home broadband plans. To access these deals, you'll need to verify your status with a valid ac.uk email address. Note that this does not apply to 24-month SIM plans with 25GB and 120GB of data, or device repayment costs for phone airtime plans. Home broadband discounts are also only applicable to 12-month and 24-month options.
Does Three offer upgrade deals?
Absolutely. Customers who didn't buy their device outright can upgrade to new models with ease thanks to Three's flexible upgrade deals, which often offers savings on the price of swapping out for new devices. Any customer who has been with the network for more than 90 days can upgrade their device any time, with no need to pay off the remainder of airtime or SIM Only plans, and you can even trade in old tech for a discount on your next model.
Can I trade in old tech to Three?
If you've got old tech you no longer use, you can hand it over to Three in exchange for cash or a discount on your next order. Three accepts all kinds of handsets, offering up to £400 depending on the model and condition. To get started, just provide your IMEI number and some details on condition to get a quote. If you're happy with the quoted price, accept to receive a prepaid shipping label, then let the network know whether you're after store credit or cash and send your device off. Is there a Three app?
Customers can download the Three app free of charge for Android and Apple through the Google Play and Apple App store. You can use the app to see your bills and usage statements, purchase top-ups and add-ons, access deals, upgrade your phone, place new orders and even find the best spot for your broadband tech. Users will also get a number of app-exclusive discounts to help you save a little extra.
If you want to get extra rewards for being a Three customer, you can also download the Three+ app and join the brand's members discount scheme, where you'll be able to access extra savings on food & drink, events and tickets and more.
What is the Three return policy?
Should you change your mind, you can send hardware back to Three within 14 days (or 30 days for broadband devices such as routers), but you will need to get in touch with the brand before you do so to notify them. You'll also need to arrange your own shipping and cover any return costs. Phones, tablets, routers and accessories must all be returned in like-new condition and their original packaging with all included accessories to be eligible for a refund.

Buy Like New
Don't need a brand new device? You can save a little extra on your tech by opting to shop Three's Like New range, where you can pick up refurbished Apple and Samsung handsets at up to £158 less than buying them new. Every item sold through the Like New range has been subjected to a 65-point quality inspection to ensure it's up to standard, plus you'll be covered by a 36-month warranty to protect against any faults.
Join Three+
Three+ is the mobile network's rewards app that gives customers a wealth of discounts on the high street and beyond. Deals include the likes of £1 coffees, £5 off food when you spend £20 and £3 cinema tickets, with brands like Caffe Nero, Harvester, Cineworld, Nike and Bloom & Wild taking part.

Bag a bundle
Three sells a number of bundles which combine some of the latest handsets with other products such as cases, earbuds, chargers, smartwatches and even Meta Ray Ban smart glasses. You'll find bundles from the likes of Apple, Google, Samsung and HONOR, with bundles offered at up to 20% less than the price of buying items separately.
Refer a friend
Know someone who'd like the deals Three has to offer? You can refer them to the brand to earn yourself a reward. Just provide your chosen email address and you'll be sent a unique link to pass on to your friends and family. When they purchase a plan, you'll both get rewards depending on the kind of plan they order. For pay monthly phones and SIMs as well as home or mobile broadband plans, you'll both get £40 in cash, whilst tablet orders will net you both £10.
Connect Together
Connect Together allows customers to save extra on their bills by combining existing bills in their household or switching them over to Three. Once you have one plan, you'll earn 20% off each additional pay monthly, SIM Only and laptop or tablet plan you add, as well as 10% off the network's super-fast broadband packages, which offer speeds of up to 150mbps. As well as bringing you savings, Connect Together means all your bills will be merged into a single bill, making it easier to manage all the plans in your household in one place.
How to use Three discount codes
- Browse our selection of Three discount codes and choose one you want to apply to your order.
- Click the "Get code" button next to your chosen offer to open a new tab, where your code will be revealed.
- Copy the code for later, then head back to your previous tab to reach the Three website.
- Start shopping for the handsets and plans you want to purchase, adding them to your basket as you go.
