LG is discounting a trio of its 4K HDR TVs for Amazon Prime Day

Until this year, it was difficult to find HDR on a TV that cost under £1,000. Now however it's common to find the technology on even mid-range sets, including these LG LCD televisions.

For Prime Day 2017 Amazon is discounting three of LG's sets. The televisions range in size from 43 to 55 inches, but are equipped with 4K HDR screens so you'll be able to keep up with the next generation of television content.

When people think of LG, they tend to picture its flagship OLED televisions such as the OLED W7, but the firm uses its same capable WebOS operating system in its cheaper LCD panels.

The blacks might not be as deep, but you're still getting the same 4K detail in these cheaper sets, making these a great way of cheaply getting on board with the next-generation of TV.

If you're in need of some 4K media to play on your new TV then you can also pick up a 4K Blu-ray player, the Panasonic DMP-UB400EBK, for £175 - a discount of £75 over the normal £250 price.

If you want to take advantage of any of these deals you'll need an Amazon Prime subscription, but you can get a free trial for the service by following this link.
