Does Elegoo offer free shipping?
Customers can get free shipping on most orders worth £40 or more. Orders under £40 incur a shipping fee of £11.90. Note that certain products always incur shipping fees, such as the Saturn 4 Ultra 16K (£16 per unit) or the Centauri Series (£20 per unit).
Does Elegoo sell pre-owned devices?
Yes, you'll find a dedicated section for pre-owned devices on the Elegoo website. Devices listed here are open-box returns sent back by other customers that have been repackaged ready for sale. Elegoo only accepts returns of unused items, so you'll get the same quality as new tech, with the occasional discount offered on selected models.
Does Elegoo offer a military discount?
Yes, members of the military, as well as healthcare workers and first responders, can get 5% off their orders when they verify their status by signing into their Beans ID. Just sign in or create an account through the brand's portal to be sent a code once your status has been verified.
Can I get an Elegoo student discount?
Students, teachers and graduates can get 5% off their orders when they verify with a Student Beans or Beans ID account. As with the military discount, you'll be sent a code to add at the checkout once you sign in and are successfully verified.
What is the Elegoo return policy?
Customers can send items they don't want back to Elegoo for a refund, so long as they do so within 14 days of placing their order. However, you will need to pay for your own return shipping fees, and you will be charged a 5% restocking fee if your item is unopened, or 15% if you have opened the box but not used your device. Used items are not eligible for a refund. Note that faulty items you want to return under warranty can be returned for free within 14 days.

Shop the seasonal sales
Elegoo runs a number of sales throughout the year, with up to 60% off selected products. The biggest of these sales tend to take place around key seasonal holidays such as Black Friday & Cyber Monday, as well as 4th July and President's Day. The brand also offers parts & accessories deals that give you 20% if you buy two.
Bundle and save
If you're in the market for a number of different Elegoo products, you can pick up one of the brand's bundles, which include leading models such as the Mars 5, Saturn 4, Giga, Centauri and Neptune 4 with the likes of resins, filament, heaters and air purifiers. Bundles can save you up to £60 off the price of buying all items separately.
Spin the wheel
When you first visit Elefoo, you'll be shown a 'Spin the wheel' pop-up, giving you a chance to play to win a discount code as a welcome gift. You'll win a code for 5% off orders worth £250 or more, £10 off orders of £100 or more, or £30 off orders worth £350 or more, helping you save on your first order.
Become an affiliate
If you want to earn some extra money promoting Elegoo, you can join the affiliate program for free. Once you're signed up, just include your tracking links on your website or social media, and whenever someone makes a purchase through one of your links, you'll earn 5% or more on the total value of their order. Elegoo says the average order is worth £237, meaning you can earn £11.85 per order.

How to use Elegoo coupon codes
- Choose one of the latest Elegoo coupon codes you want to use from the list at the top of this page.
- Click the "Get Code" button next to your chosen deal to open a new tab.
- Copy the revealed code to use later, then go back to your previous tab.
- You'll arrive at the Elegoo website, where you can start shopping.
- Once you've added all the products you want to buy to your cart, head to the checkout.
- Under your order summary, you'll find a field marked "Discount code or gift card".

For example, you may not meet a required minimum spend (i.e. spend £20 or more); you may not have enough times in your basket (e.g. you have only selected 2 products when trying to redeem a 3 for 2 multibuy offer), or your chosen offer may only apply to a certain type of product (i.e. 10% off laptops).
