Asus Chromebook 14: was £249.99 now £179 at Amazon
One of the best cheap laptop deals available right now is this Asus Chromebook 14 at Amazon. It's a very basic device but good for those who need a portable and inexpensive laptop for schoolwork or light use with reasonable battery life. There are some cheaper laptops out there, but if you pay any less you seriously compromise on performance, so this is a safe and solid choice at a budget price.
Sony WF-C500: was £90 now £59 at Amazon
We've had the Sony WF-1000XM4 at the top of our best wireless earbuds guide since release, but they are a pricey pair of headphones at around £200. If you want a more affordable option then these Sony WF-C50 are a smart buy while they're down to £59. The sound quality isn't as good, but they do have a lengthy 20-hour battery life with the included charging case, can make calls and feature handy touch controls.
Nespresso Vertuo Pop Coffee Machine: was £100 now £59 at Amazon
This cheap and easy-to-use pod coffee machine from Nespresso is now almost half-price at Amazon. It also comes with 50 free coffee pods so you can stock up your home or dorm with enough fast juice to keep you going through those longer study periods or ice-cold lattes for when you just need a well-earned break.
Apple MacBook: from £899 + free £130 gift card at Apple
University students, as well as teachers and staff at all levels, can get a discount of up to £220 on a MacBook Air or MacBook Pro when bought directly from the Apple Store. As part of this education discount, you also get a gift card up to £130 to spend on the Apple Store which you can put towards an Apple Watch, AirPods or other accessories.
Apple iPad: from £609 + free £100 gift card at Apple
A similar Apple education offer is also available on the latest-generation iPad Air and iPad Pro. With this discount, you save up to £110 on either device, plus you get a £100 gift card to spend elsewhere at the Apple Store.
Instant 3.8L Air Fryer: was £59.99 now £40 at Argos
Instant makes some of the best air fryers we've tested and while we haven't reviewed this model in particular, it's sitting on five stars from user reviews at Argos. It's also one of the cheapest and most compact options available right now, which makes it great for single meals. It can be easily cleaned, too, with dishwasher-safe parts.
School uniform: shirts, trousers, skirts and dresses from £1.25 at George
Asda's clothing brand George has lots of school uniform essentials from as low as £1.25. Items include shirts, skirts, trousers, dresses, jumpers, shoes, socks and so much more. You can buy items individually, or bundle them together in stacks of up to five depending on how many you need.
Anker Soundcore 2: was £39.99 now £26.99 at Amazon
The Anker Soundcore 2 is a solid and inexpensive portable Bluetooth speaker - and now over £10 cheaper at Amazon. The audio quality may not compete with the likes of devices from Bose, Sonos and JBL but many of those speakers are at least twice the price - and many much more. So, for a cheap, long-lasting and easily portable option that you can just pop in your bag then this is a bargain.
Logitech C270 Webcam: was £24.99 now £17.99 at Amazon
Working on a desktop that doesn't come with a webcam or need something higher quality than the in-built camera on your laptop? This is a great price for the Logitech C270 Webcam and the cheapest we've seen in over a year. It can make video calls in high definition and features a noise-reducing mic to make voice chats clearer. Plus, it's compatible with Windows and Mac, too, and has an adjustable clip to attach to monitors or just stand on your desk.
