Does Huawei offer free delivery?
Yes, all orders worth £99 or more will be sent with free delivery, letting you avoid any extra fees. This means most devices are shipped free, so consider adding accessories you need to buy to the same order to make the most of this offer.
Is there a Huawei Black Friday sale?
In previous years, we've seen Huawei offer 50% off the usual price of items from across its range, which have delivered as much as £70 off at the checkout. We also saw deals start appearing from November 20th and running until December 3rd.
This year, Black Friday falls on 28th November, with Cyber Monday following on 1st December, so we expect deals to launch the week commencing 24th. As they go live, we'll update this page with the latest ways to save, so check in before you place your next order.
Does Huawei offer student discounts?
Huawei runs an entire student discount portal, through which you can verify your student status with a valid Student Beans or UNiDAYS account to access up to 15% off selected products. You'll also find exclusive perks such as free installation and screen protection.
What are Huawei mobile services?
As a manufacturer or smartphones, tablets and other mobile devices, Huawei also publishes its own suite of software for its tech, covering everything from music players, e-books, videos, phone themes and even gaming. Think of Huawei mobile services like you would the Apple or Google app stores - you can browse for software that you can then download to your devices.
Does Huawei offer returns?
Yes, Huawei will allow customers to return products so long as they do so within 14 days of receiving them. You will need to submit a return request online to arrange this. Their customer service team will provide you a pre-paid returns label and ask you to choose a collection date.

Huawei occasionally offer discounts when you purchase specific devices. For example, we've previously seen £20 off when you spend £200 on tablets, as well as £60 off on £500 tablet orders, and £150 off £1000 tablet-based spends. We also saw £200 off selected devices for the spring sale.
Become a member
Huawei members earn points back on their purchases, with 1 point for ever £1 spent. Every 100 points equals £1 off at the checkout, with exclusive coupons only available when you sign up. You can join for free by providing your Huawei ID through the Huawei members . Note that points expire at the end of each calendar year, so make sure to redeem them before you change the calendar.
