Does Braun offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders over £40 qualify for free shipping, which should arrive in 2 - 4 working days. Any orders under £40 will incur a £2.99 delivery fee. If you want to receive your goods sooner, you can pay £4 for Next Working Day delivery instead. Note that although shipping is available to Ireland, standard shipping fees (under £40) rise to £6.49, and deliveries will take a little longer (arriving in 3 - 5 working days from the date of your order).
What is BraunCare+?
BraunCare+ is the brand's device registration program that grants customers free warranties on their devices, as well as additional benefits to help them get better value on their orders. Signing up is free - just provide your info through the brand's site and register your device once it arrives.
Members can then use the members portal to extend device warranties (up to 5 years), purchase accessories and parts for models they own, see expert advice and tutorials, and access exclusive discounts and other benefits to help them save on future orders.
Does Braun offer a money-back guarantee?
Selected Braun models are covered by the brand's money-back guarantee, which lets customers send their item back for a full refund within 100 days of their purchase if they believe it isn't the quality they expected. Models covered by the guarantee include the 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 Series shavers, as well as AIO and MGK styling products, Silk-épil epilators, and silk-expert IPL devices. Note that you will need to arrange and pay for your own returns shipping if you're claiming against the money-back guarantee, and any models not included in the policy are instead subject to the brand's standard returns policy.
What is the Braun returns policy?
Braun pairs with ZigZag to offer free returns within 30 days of your purchase. To get started, sign in to your account through the ZigZag portal (found on the Braun website). Choose your returns shipping method and the brand will cover the cost. Note that items need to be unopened, unused and in pristine condition to qualify for a full refund. You refund should be processed 3 - 5 business days after the brand receives your return.
