Does Big Fig offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders shipped to the contiguous USA come with free ground shipping as standard, which should arrive in 5 - 10 working days. Fees will be applied for addresses outside of the contiguous US, which will vary depending on where you are based. These will be displayed at the checkout before you confirm your order.
Can Big Fig set up my mattress?
If you want to have your mattress set up upon arrival, you opt for white glove delivery service, which costs $199 and is available at the checkout. Big Fig's team will take your products to a room of your choosing upon arrival, and they've also take packaging with them when they leave.
Will Big Fig remove my old mattress?
Removal of an old bed or mattress is an additional service available at the checkout. Removal costs $129 to add on to standard shipping, or can be purchased alongside white glove delivery for a total of $249.
Can I return my Big Fig order?
Big Fig mattresses come with a 120-night trial, meaning you'll have 4 months to try your mattress in the comfort of your own home to make sure it's for you before your purchase is final. Returns are free and can be arranged by speaking to the customer service team through the brand's site. Big Fig asks that you try your mattress for at least 2 weeks before initiating a return. All non-mattress items are non-returnable (although the brand may make some exceptions for some unopened sheets, pillows & mattress toppers).

Like many mattress brands, Big Fig runs a number of sales throughout the year, with promotions offering as much as 25% off selected products. Look out for the biggest and best deals around key holidays such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Memorial Day, although you'll usually also find smaller offers available even outside of big sales periods.
Refer a friend
Know someone who'd like a Big Fig mattress? Refer them to the brand to earn yourself $50. Just head to the dedicated referral page and provide your details to receive your unique. Send this to a friend, and once they've made a purchase through the link, your account will be credited with $50. If their purchase is final, they'll also receive a $50 off their next purchase too.

If you want to keep up with the latest offers Big Fig is running, you can sign up to their newsletter to receive regular email updates. These will include info on products and promotions so you can catch chances to save as soon as they're available.
How to use Big Fig promo codes
- Take a look through the Big Fig coupons found on this page and click "Get Code" next to one you want to use.
- Once your code has been revealed in your new tab, copy it to your clipboard for later.
- Navigate back to your previous tab, which will now have loaded the Big Fig website, and start shopping.
- Once you've added all the products you want to purchase to your cart, click on your cart & proceed to the checkout.
- Paste your code into the field marked "Promo code", which can be found on the right-hand side.
- Click "Apply", double-check your order total has been amended, and proceed through the checkout as normal.
