How much does shipping cost from Tuft & Needle?
Tuft & Needle offers free delivery on all orders, except for shoppers located in Hawaii and Alaska. If you’d like Tuft & Needle to set up your new mattress and remove the old one, there’s a fee of $150.
How do I track my Tuft & Needle order?
Once you’ve placed your order, Tuft & Needle will send you an email confirmation to let you know when your products’ been shipped. The email will have a link with your shipping information which you can use to track your order.
Can I exchange my order?
If you wish to exchange your order and you’re still within the 100-Night Sleep Trial, you can do so by calling the Tuft & Needle customer service team.
Does Tuft & Needle offer warranties?
Tuft & Needle offer a 100-Night Sleep Trial on all its products. The brand also has a 10 year warranty on its mattresses, and 1-3 years on its other sleep products. To request a warranty claim, you’ll need to fill out a form on the website.
What is the Tuft & Needle returns policy?
If you’re unhappy with your order, you can return it for a full refund within 100 days with Tuft & Needle’s 100-Night Sleep Trial. To start a return, you’ll need to fill out a form on the Tuft & Needle website. If you’ve bought a Tuft & Needle product through Amazon and you’d like to return it, call Amazon’s Special Handling Department on (866) 423-5353.
