Does Eight Sleep offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders come with free shipping as standard, saving you on fees. Your order should arrive within 2 - 8 weeks and tracking details will be provided via email once your order has dispatched.
What is Autopilot?
Eight Sleep’s innovative Pod design has an autopilot feature that adjusts your sleep environment. It will track the preferred temperature and elevation of the bed and will adjust it accordingly. Plus it can track and reduce your snoring and provides a daily report of your sleep.
Can I purchase the pod without the Autopilot subscription?
All Pods come with an Autopilot subscription commitment for the first 12 months. You have the option to cancel your subscription anytime after your purchase but this will only reflect after the billing period has passed.
How many people can sleep in the pod?
The pod is designed with couples in mind. This means that each side of the bed has independent settings so you and your partner enjoy personalized temperatures. To add a partner to the pod, you both will need to log in with separate email addresses. You can then invite your partner to join the pod via the app.
Does Eight Sleep accept returns?
Yes, Eight Sleep offers a 30-day trial to all customers, so if you return your pod within 30 days of purchase, you are eligible to receive a full refund. To request a return, email Eight Sleep at support@eightsleep.com. Returns shipping is free via a prepaid shipping label, with no restocking fees charged.
