Does GhostBed offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders to the contiguous USA and Canada come with free shipping that should arrive in 2 - 5 working days, with items delivered direct to your door. You won't even need to be in for your delivery. Note that although delivery is available to Hawaii and Alaska, it will cost you $600.
Can GhostBed setup my mattress upon delivery?
If you'd like your mattress set up once it's been delivered, you'll need to add White Glove setup and mattress removal to your order at the checkout for a fee of $279. This rate is a flat fee regardless of how many items you're ordering and includes removal of your old mattress.
Note that orders are shipped via FedEx, but a separate team handles White Glove setup. They will be in touch within 48 hours of placing your order to organize a date and time to visit whilst you're in, with most appointments organized in 1 - 3 business days of order placement.
Can I get a GhostBed student discount?
If you're a student or teacher, you can save 15% on your GhostBed orders when you confirm your status through ID.Me. Your discount can be applied to all orders worth $1000 or more. Just sign in before heading to the checkout and you'll be sent a code to add to your order, letting you pick up your next mattress for less.
How does the GhostBed 101-night trial work?
GhostBed's 101-night trial gives you just over 3 months to try out your mattress to make sure its the right fit for you. As a minimum, you will need to try out your mattress for at least 30 days, but should you decide its not the right pick before your 101 days are up, you can fill out a form on the brand's site to request a refund. Note that the 101-night trial does not apply to all mattress products - keep an eye on the product page to confirm.
What is the GhostBed return policy?
For mattresses, customers can change their mind and request a return anywhere after 30 days of receiving their order up to the end of their 101-night trial. The brand will donate the mattress to a nearby charity (they may ask you to do this for them depending on where you live and if they can organize a collection).
If your mattress is still in the box unopened, the brand can accept, collect and resell your item, but this will mean a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total. Non-mattress items aren't always eligible to be returned depending on that specific item, but you can get in touch with their team to enquire.

Like many mattress brands, GhostBed is no stranger to a sale, especially around key holidays such as Labor Day, President's Day, Christmas, Black Friday and Cyber Monday. You can expect to see up to 50% off across the brand's range, with a number of smaller sales popping up between the holidays. Get a military discount
It's not just students who can save - if you're an active or retired member of the military, a military spouse, or a member of a military family, you can also verify your status through ID.Me to get 15% off your GhostBed orders. This discount is also available for other professionals such as nurses, government employees and first responders who can verify their status. Just sign in to or create an ID.Me account through the correct page on the brand's site to be sent your code. Note that 15% off is only applicable to orders worth $1000 or more.
Buy a bundle
If you're in the market for multiple mattress or bedding products, buying a GhostBed bundle can be a great way to save on the price of your products. Bundles usually contain a mattress sold with a mix of a base, frame, mattress protector or pillows, and can be up to 20% cheaper than buying each item separately.
Refer a friend
If you know someone who'd like GhostBed's range, you can refer them to the brand to earn $100 as thanks. Just provide your email address through the dedicated form on the brand's site to be sent a unique referral link, then send it to your friend. If they make a purchase worth $800 or more, you'll receive a Visa gift card once their 101-night sleep trial ends.

You can sign up for the GhostBed newsletter completely free through the brand's site to stay up to date with the latest news. Just provide your chosen email address to start receiving regular updates, including info on products and promotions, as well as the occasional exclusive discount.
How to use GhostBed coupons
- Browse our selection of GhostBed coupons at the top of this page and choose one you want to redeem.
- Click the "Get Code" button to open a new tab where you can copy your code to your clipboard.
- Once you've got your code, head back to your old tab to reach the GhostBed website.
- Start shopping, adding items to your cart as you go, then head to the checkout when you want to order.
- On the right-hand side, find the "Discount code" field and paste in your code, then click "Apply".
- Check your order total has changed to include your savings, then proceed as normal to place your order.

What to do if a coupon code doesn’t work
Although we do our best to ensure all listed codes are tried & tested, sometimes coupons expire or terms & conditions are changed before we can update pages. Our team works hard to make sure our coupons are active and work as intended, and should you encounter an issue when using one, we’ll work just as hard to help.
The best place to start is by checking the requirements. Click “View terms and conditions” to expand the code section and see any guidance on your chosen coupon. For example, you may need to meet a minimum spend, add other items to your basket to qualify for a multibuy offer, or confirm that your chosen code applies to the items in your basket (i.e. 10% off laptops).

How we make money
When it comes to coupons, TechRadar earns money via a commission-based model. For every brand we have a coupon page for, we’ve negotiated a deal that means we earn a percentage of total basket value in commission back from every order.
