Does Philips offer free delivery?
Yes, free delivery is available when you spend over £20. Orders are shipped with UPS and take around 4 -5 working days to arrive in total, with orders dispatched 1 - 2 business days after placing your order.
Does Philips sell refurbished tech?
Yes, Phillips sells some refurbished products . Each item still has a two-year warranty and has been thoroughly checked over to ensure it meets quality standards. The refurbished range varies depending on stock and new model releases, but it's worth checking back to see what's on offer whenever you're after a new device, as prices can be 15 - 30% cheaper than buying new.
How can I return a Philips product?
Philips offers a 30-day returns period on all items, giving you a month after you've made your purchase to send an item back for any reason. Items will need to be returned new and clean and in their original packaging, with all initially included accessories, in order to qualify for a full refund. Just initiate a claim through the brand's website and the team will send you a prepaid returns label to print and affix to your package to cover any costs.
