Does Anker SOLIX offer free shipping?
All orders come with free shipping as standard, which should arrive in 3-7 working days. There is currently no option to request express or expedited shipping. Shipping is arranged by Amazon, who choose which couriers deliver orders. Note that if your order contains multiple items, they be shipped separately, but should arrive at largely similar times.
Does Anker SOLIX offer a student discount?
Students, teachers and graduates can all get discounts on their Anker SOLIX orders thanks to the brand's partnership with Student Beans. Students can get 15% orders, whilst teachers and graduates can save 10%. Just register for or sign in to your Student Beans account through the education discount portal to be sent a code to add at the checkout.
What is AnkerCredits?
AnkerCredits is the brand's rewards program, which lets customers earn extra bonuses for placing orders. You can sign up for free through the dedicated AnkerCredits reward page.
You'll get 500 credits when you first sign up, then you'll start to earn credits every time you place an order. Additional credits can also be earned by filling out your profile (name, number and date of birth).
Credits can be redeemed through the reward program homepage in exchange for products and discounts. For example, you can use 2000 credits to get a gift card worth £20, or 2400 credits to get a tote bag.
As well as credits, members will get access to exclusive membership activities and priority customer support. You'll also receive a gift on your birthday, and the brand is looking to introduce exclusive members prices and priority shipping in the near future.
Does Anker SOLIX offer price match?
Yes, if you see any product you've bought from the Anker SOLIX online store selling for less with a competing retailer, just let the team know within 30 days of your purchase date and you can get refunded the difference.
What is the Anker SOLIX return policy?
Customers can send items they're not 100% happy with back to the brand in exchange for a full refund, so long as they do so within 30 days of making their purchase. If items are not damaged, you will need to pay the cost of returns shipping.
To qualify for a full refund, products will need to be:
- Undamaged
- Returned in the original packaging
- Sent with all accessories included
- Assessed to be undamaged by the Anker team upon return to the warehouse

Watch for seasonal sales
Like many big tech brands, Anker tends to run sales around key retailing periods, including Christmas, Black Friday and Cyber Monday. You'll also see sales appear around Amazon Prime Day and Big Deals day. These sales can offer up to 65% off on items across the brand's range, so make sure to check in around the big holidays for a chance to save.
Shop clearance
Anker also offers number of clearance deals throughout the year, with discounts on models they want to shift the last of. Although this does mean you won't get the absolute latest tech, you can still find models as recent as one or two releases ago for up to £500 off. Make the most of the deals whilst they're still around, though, because once the stock runs out it won't be topped back up.
Refer a friend
If you know someone who'd like the SOLIX range, you can join or sign in to Anker rewards through the 'Referral' page to receive a unique link. Send this to your friend, and they'll get 10% off any orders worth over £300.
As a thanks, you'll have 10% of their order value added to your account balance, which you can then either redeem as a discount at the checkout or request to transfer to a PayPal account. Note that this latter option can take up to 14 days from the date of your request.
Spin to win
Anker also features a 'Spin to Win' wheel on its homepage, which lets customers spin for a chance to win prizes. These include free products, and gift cards or discount codes worth £30 off at the checkout.
Join the newsletter
If you want to hear all the latest about Anker SOLIX as soon as it comes out, the best way to do so is by joining the brand's mailing list free through the footer of the website. Just provide your chosen email address and you'll be sent regular emails with news on products and promotions, plus your first email will contain an exclusive code for 12% off your first order. You can also get additional codes for up to 20% off during limited-time promotions.
