My massage gun has been a valuable recovery tool, but it's time to upgrade – and I'm using Therabody's Prime Day sale to do it

Massage gun and recovery tool-maker Therabody is running its own Prime Day sale, offering up to 35% off in the US and 40% off in the UK.
It's perfect timing, really: I love my little massage gun, the Bob & Brad Q2 Mini, but after a few years of use, the battery is starting to lose capacity, and I end up having to charge it more and more frequently. It's almost time to get a new massage gun, and I'm seriously considering using Prime Day to do it.
In the US, the Theragun Mini Gen 3 is discounted from $219.99 to just $169.99 at Therabody, saving you $50. A beefier discount is available for the ultra-premium Theragun PRO Plus, from $649.99 to $548.99 at Therabody, saving you $101.
In the UK, the Theragun Mini Gen 3 is available discounted from £199 down to £149, featuring a trio of different heads for different jobs (tough knots in muscles requiring more focused pummelling get the Thumb head, for example), but my pick of the deals would be the Theragun Prime, a powerful 5-speed massage gun that retains the triangle shape allowing you to grip the gun in different ways for better angles of attack. The Theragun Prime has been reduced from £299 to £185 at Therabody, not much more expensive than the Mini Gen 3, but far more powerful.

Therabody Prime Day deals in the US
The Theragun PRO Plus is Therabody's ultra-premium massage gun, with five head attachments for percussive massage, a heat therapy attachment, and a vibration therapy attachment. The gun even emits LED near-infrared red light, said to stimulate muscles and help them heal. It's the ultimate recovery companion.
Preferred partner (What does this mean?)
Save $50 on Therabody's smallest and lightest Theragun. It doesn't have the versatility of the Theragun Prime above, with fewer heads and ways to hold it, but it connects to the Therabody app to provide guided follow-along recovery routines, and features a travel lock for peace of mind on the go.

Therabody Prime Day deals in the UK
Just like the US deal above, you can save £50 on Therabody's smallest and lightest Theragun. It's ideal to toss in a gym bag or a suitcase to keep you mobile on the go.
Preferred partner (What does this mean?)
The biggest discount and my personal pick, the comprehensive and powerful Theragun Prime is reduced by over one-third of its price, to be hardly more expensive than the Theragun Mini Gen 3 deal above. If I had to pick one out of the two, I'd spend £35 more to get all those extra features, including a travel case and four heads.
Preferred partner (What does this mean?)
As someone who exercises a lot, I get a lot of use out of a massage gun: it's clinically proven to help increase range of motion, and I find it alleviates muscle soreness, getting me ready for my next tough run or gym session.
