Does Suunto offer free shipping?
Yes, orders worth over £130 qualify for free standard shipping, which should arrive in 3 - 4 working days. Any orders falling below this minimum spend threshold will incur shipping fees of £4. Note that orders are shipped from Finland, and are delivered Monday to Friday, with orders placed after 1pm processed the following working day.
What is Suunto Pro Club?
Suunto Pro Club is the brand's exclusive members program, which offers exclusive discounts and products to select customers. To join, you'll need to be a qualified outdoor professional, a sports industry employer, or to receive an invite from a member of the club.
If you feel you could be eligible to join, you'll need to fill out the form to apply. If you're approved, you can access a range of exclusive updates through the brand's site, plus you'll receive regular members-only messages whenever new info is available.
Is there a Suunto app?
Yes, customers can download the Suunto app for free through the Google Play and Apple App stores. Once you've downloaded the app, you can connect your devices to analyse and export your data, create & upload custom routes and workouts, and link with other health apps such as Strava.
What is the Suunto returns policy?
Customers who change their mind can send their items back to Suunto, so long as they do so within 30 days of their purchase. Products will need to be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging to be eligible.
Just sign in through the brand's dedicated returns portal and print your returns shipping label. However, a £5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total (which should arrive within 48 hours of your item being received back by the brand).

Like many brands, Suunto runs a number of sales throughout the year, with promotions around key holidays such as Black Friday and Christmas, as well as seasonal sales, particularly around winter. These sales tend to be time-limited, but can offer up to 40% off devices and 50% off watch straps across the brand's range. Check in around these times of year for the best prices.
Shop the outlet
If you don't need the newest models with all the latest features, you can shop the Suunto outlet to find older products at a discount. The brand offers these items at up to 25% less to help shift the last of old stock, but you'll want to make the most of deals whilst they're available - once the last of the stock sells, they won't be restocked.

If you want to keep up with the latest news Suunto has to offer, you can join the mailing list for free by providing your email address through the form in the footer of the brand's website. Once you've joined, you'll get regular info on products and promotions, plus when you first join, you'll get a one-off code for 10% off your next order.
