Does Panda offer free shipping?
Yes, standard delivery is free on orders worth £30 or more. If your order does not meet these criteria, delivery fees will be displayed at the checkout before you place your order.
How good are Panda mattresses?

Is there a Panda free trial?
Yes, Panda Hybrid Bamboo Mattresses come with a 100-night trial, giving you just over 3 months to try your product and work out if it's right for you. For pillows, duvets, mattress toppers & protectors, and other bedding, this period is 30 days. If you decide your item is not for you, make sure to contact the brand to initiate a return before this period is up.
Do Panda products come with a warranty?
Depending on the product you've purchased, items are covered by a 1-year, 2-year, 5-year or 10-year guarantee. Generally, the larger products are covered by Panda's "lifetime" (10 year) warranties. Whatever the length of your warranty, you're covered from any manufacturing faults, and entitled to a replacement or refund in the event of any issues.
What is the Panda returns policy?
Panda lets customers return items within 30 - 100 days of making their purchase depending on the item. Just get in touch with the customer support team and they'll send you a pre-paid returns label. Within 10 days of getting your returns label, you'll need to arrange a return with one of the brand's courier partners. You'll be sent a refund once your item has been received and inspected.

Get a student discount
Students can save 16% across the Panda London range when they verify their status with Student Beans. Just sign in to your Student Beans account or create one before you head to the checkout to be sent your code. Add this at the checkout before you place your order to save.
